Great selection of shoes and even better customer service!!! The woman who helped me today went above and beyond! Didn’t get her name but her employee code on my receipt was 8054! Left the store completely impressed and happy with my purchases!

The store itself is fine, good selection of shoes and the sales reps are nice HOWEVER on two occasions I came here on a Saturday at 10am and they were not open yet. I waited for a good five minutes and they still did not come out and open the store — this is extremely poor customer service! Their hours are posted that on Saturdays they are open at 10 o’clock and nobody is here to open the store on time, this is a problem that they really need to fix.

Worssssssst customer service received in my life, the lady kicked me & my mom out screaming at us in front of every customer in the store. So unprofessional. She snatched the receipt out of my hand and made us leave just because we went inside the store twice. Can’t wait to call corporate. I would give 0 zero stars if i could

These sales associates are the nicest, caring people that I have ever run into in a Payless. Always greeted with a Hello and it sounds genuine, not forced because they are told to do so. Who ever is in charge of hiring at this location is doing a superb job. I have been coming to this Payless for over a year now and am so pleased as a customer. Thank you for hiring people that love their job! All the young ladies are so nice a sweet. Don’t forget to sign up for TEXT COUPONS! You can save 20 — 30% with just a TEXT. I NEVER PAY FULL PRICE AT PAYLESS.

Great price for kids shoes, my wife goes here for our three boys. This place is perfect for little kids shoes because their feet grow so fast and they tear the shoes apart within 3 or 6 months.
