The staff he is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The don’t have the greatest prices, nor do they have an outstanding selection, but you don’t go here for that. Phil’s is a tiny liquor store in a good location with the standard stuff you need to gear up for a night out in Chino Hills.
The best part about Phil’s is they will work with you on the price if you’re buying a bunch of stuff. We were interested in some higher end tequila, and asked if they would give us a discount if we purchse two bottles. They were totally cool and gave us a fantastic offer!
If you’re in the area and need to pick something up quick, I would definitely recommend stopping at Phil’s.
