Very clean and well maintained facility. Easy access to my storage unit and employees have been friendly and helpful when answering my questions. Overall, a positive experience. Already made the recommendation to my father-​in-​law to use this place to store his new toy hauler. Very secure and safe. Two happy customers!

anyways, So I called on the 2^nd of the month to ask if their was any they can cut us some slack if we got our stuff out of storage that day, so that we wouldn’t have to pay for the whole month (rent is due 1^st of every month). She gave me the whole «No its in our contract» ya da ya da ya da, but not only that she was completely rude about it and said «your not gonna run out on me are you?» Accusing me as if I was gonna take my stuff out of storage overnight and not pay! Are you kidding me?! Who says that kinda stuff to their customers?!
And then she continues to demand if I’m gonna come in the following day to pay the rent, mind you I still had 5 days to pay it by.
Bottom line, if you need a storage unit, go elsewhere!
