5 star customer service from a 5 star business! Wasn’t here very long but it was because I no longer needed the storage not because I didn’t feel welcome or was unhappy. Barbara took care of me and I even got a deal for the first month here. When I moved my things out I was unable to get my things before the next billing cycle due to being out of town. I called explained my situation and the owner of the business allowed me to stay for another day free of additional charges. Though I imagine this was a special case I just really appreciate their kindness and understanding. Thank you! If and when I need a storage I will be back!

I got a unit here last month and the prices have actually changed from what is on the picture. I got a 10×20 for $ 200/​month without contract. The place is clean and it looks secured enough for me. I also like that it is located just next door to my kid’s school. The person at the office is also friendly. The only reason I’m taking a star off is because they don’t give you a reminder or even an invoice so it can be very easy to forget. I feel like this is a shady practice because it makes me feel like my stuff is safe from thieves but not from them. I feel like they would be hoping you forget to make payments so that they can make money when they auction your stuff. I know that may or may not be the case but I really feel that businesses should give invoices.

The customer service here is phenomenal. Such beautiful and nice people. Every time we went in it was very pleasant. The space was kept immaculately clean. Amazing price and discounts for first 3 months. I def recommend over any other storage place since they have the personal touch and sociable. You can purchase a lock from them as well for very cheap if you wish. Thank you for everything

HI All, I have been using storage off and on for a long time, I found this one when I was hundreds of miles away, and from the first phone call to Randy, I knew it was my storage… now after more then a year and half, I have had no problems at all with them or the facility, key’d entry works always my stuff has had no dust even and I used and outside roll up door. even the staff that works part time knows there stuff and everyone is always ready to help if your a family oriented kind then these people are just like your family… I am moving and am truly sad to leave. onward and upward. I have uploaded a basic price list on the sizes, but call they have good specials too, as you can see by the business card I am uploading they have web access YOU can even pay for your unit online!!!
