Very good breakfast bagels, however service could be better. The man behind the counter taking orders wasn’t very welcoming and seemed extremely grumpy this morning. Maybe he just was having a bad day, not sure. They also have a B!

I get a dozen bagels almost every week. Made fresh on site. Nice and soft just how I like them. Have been a customer for years! Try the cinnamon sugar and cheese happened bagels. Those are the best!

Love this place. I come here all the time! I recommend the cheese jalapeño toasted with plain cream cheese. Great bagels! Customer service is fair!

Decided to try this place for breakfast today & I wished I hadn’t. I got the bacon & tomatoe with avocado. So I watched them microwave everything. Yuk! So my opinion is not very good, If I wanted a microwave meal, I could have made that at home. Won’t be going back. I can make a better bagel breakfast sandwich at home.

I was excited to see that there was a bagel shop in the area… Slim pickins in Chino/Chino Hills. Today was the first day I decided to stop by, unfortunately, the experience killed the excitement for me. Slow service, first and foremost. Secondly, I waited a good 5 minutes before 4 other customers walked in after me, 2 of which ordered before me and the man behind the counter completely disregarded me and the fact that I was there first and had been waiting. Lastly, when I finally got my opportunity to order, the first thing the man said to me was«yes,” — like, okay? Really? I responded with«Good morning…», needless to say experience is everything and this one sucked. Shitty service won’t get my business. Especially with rude people running it. I’ll stick to going out of my way for my bagels just to be treated with some dignity. Two stars for location.

This place is a short distance from my work in Chino. After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive to stop in, but I am glad I did. I got the Cinnamon Sugar bagel with Strawberry and Regular cream cheese and it was very enjoyable. I had no issues with the cream cheese being runny as other posts had mentioned and the service was what you would expect from a donut/bagel shop(short and to the point.) Keep in mind I got a basic item, that is almost impossible to mess up but it was really good.

The bagels are okay. I rarely do reviews solely based off service alone because all i care about really is if the food is yummy and picking up 4 bagels I’m not expecting the royal treatment. I was so taken back by the rudeness of the older Asian man behind the counter, who I assume is the owner, that I felt I had to say something. He seemed really annoyed, all i asked for a few bagels nothing complicated and I felt really unwelcome … I mean do you want the business or not? Why are you even open ??? I won’t be coming back

Best bagels ever here! I recommend the cranberry or the jalapeño with cheese. This is a great little bagel shop with good customer service. I always make sure to come here when I’m in the area. Awesome for a quick bite!

Love this place! I am very picky and they always get my order just the way I like it. My ice blended drinks Ernie makes it awesome every single time! I’ve been going to this place for years and will continue to!

Wonderful bagels. My favorite is the bacon and tomato. Adding avocado to finish off the perfect flavor and texture. All on a garlic bagel, toasted. The owner is friendly and courteous. Ladies prepare the bagels with efficiency and care. Pride in work exist here. Bagels toasty on the outside. All the while holding that soft, warm, and subtle texture inside. Fresh ingredients with every serving. WCB also serves bagel sandwiches, plain bagels, just so many styles and flavors to choose from. Coffee house style brews. A Cup of Joe for everybody and there mama. Seating and tables is limited inside and there is a few chairs with tables outside. It is a West facing establishment. So keep in mind outside seating is cold during the winter. Great seating for the summer. Plenty of parking due to its location. Shopping centers on its north and south sides. Making it perfect for a bagel/coffee run. Don’t forget to tip at the counter jar(401k Jar). Show appreciation for service. Have a Joeyous day!

So I literally just left this place about 10 minutes ago, and I have to say, I didn’t have a pleasant bagel experience. There’s a few points I want to hit as to why i gave this place a one star. The first point is obviously their food. I ordered a banana nut bagel with strawberry cream cheese; the bagel was well toasted but the cream cheese was very liquidy. I wouldn’t even call it cream cheese. My bf was going to order a bagel omelet until he witnessed the lady in the back throwing the eggs into the MICROWAVE, then she put it on the bagel and realized it wasn’t fully cooked and slapped it right back into the MICROWAVE carelessly! i dont know about you guys but i like my eggs cooked the right way. When we saw that, it Ultimately left a bitter taste in our mouth and so he kept it safe and ordered the blueberry bagel instead. 2nd point: THESERVICE. When you wake up in the morning, or any time of day and go into a bagel place, it’s so refreshing to be greeted and acknowledged. These people look like they seriously hate their jobs and annoyed with everything that talks or moves. One older male asian employee was serving a spinach parmasean bagel to a girl, and the girl claimed she only ordered parmasean, not spinach. The employee then demanded that it’s the same thing and gave her the bagel and walked away leaving another customer confused. I don’t recommend this place. Fortunately, will not be coming back to this place. I usually don’t write reviews, but cheers to my first one.

The bagels are good(only if ordered plain or buttered. Anything else seems to confuse the man behind the counter). Their mocha ice drinks are very good. Coffee taste like what you’d get at 7⁄11 or a clean gas station. Sadly, it’s their customer service that makes me not want to ever return to this place. They have a sign for refills being $ 0.50, but if you drink it outside on their patio or work in the same shopping center, the sign does NOT apply to you.(Most establishments in the shopping center have a unspoken rule and understand that people are only given a 15 min break and try to eat, drink or shop in a hurry. So they try to look out for one another. However, getting a coffee before a shift and then trying to get a refill for yourself 2 hours later is not something they will understand or honor.) You can only get a refill if you sit in the stuffy little sitting area and then purchase a refill. The owner is rude and seems not to care about his customers. So he’s lost 5 just by being such a jerk and not honoring his own sign. If you walk outside the refills are then $ 1.00.

Best bagels. Love the onion bagels! They beat Einstein brothers bagel for sure. But…be prepared to wait even if there is no line. They do it at their own pace and you’ll be lucky if they smile. Place need some updating… It is not cozy enough to eat there so we always order to go and enjoy it at home. Otherwise, if it’s just bagel to bagel, this place is a winner!!!

Ok. So my wife and I decided to go there. We heard it was a good place… We ordered Egg Ham And chese bagel sandwich. And a cinnamon and raisin with cream chese, toasted., simple order. we had to wait about 25 min for the order… Pulled out bagels. Everything was microwaved, including the egg. Bagel was NOT toasted). The bagel was«chewey». My bagel was a cinnamon and sugar. Not what I ordered. We were very disappointed.

I got a bagel with egg and ham inside. This is a typical bagel shop that is family owned. There isn’t a lot of seating inside but they have tables outside available for use. Staff are very friendly and will take the bagels to your table. They do charge .50 cents for refills on soda, tea and coffee.

I love that they are an old-school, mom&pop bagel shop. A dying breed, indeed! That’s about all I loved about it, though. I arrived at 6:10am, STARVING, and with a hankering for a bagel. Really, though, it wouldn’t have taken much to impress me. But I was ignored for about 10 minutes, and when they finally acknowledged my presence, it was impersonal and rather curt. And their machine for making coffee drinks was/is broken, so drip only. It wouldn’t have mattered to me if they were nice about it! The sausage, egg, and cheese bagel was… good. Nothing to write home about, but was satiating(as bagels tend to be). Meh.

Mom and Pop shop. Many bagels to choose from. The textures of their bagel is soft and chewy. The man is kind of mean/grumpy/definitely not a morning person. Store is kind of dirty, they need to clean it more and have more lights put in. First time I came here I got the ham and eggel sandwich, which was okay, tasted like fake cafeteria food. They don’t cook the eggs or use any fresh ingredients, in fact all the produce used to make the sandwiches are microwaved, which I am not a fan of. Following times I came here I got a plain bagel and whole wheat with cream cheese. The cream cheese is very soft and tasted very light. These two bagels were OK at best. Overall, it’s an okay place to stop by if you are looking for a quick morning snack, but I don’t think I would be coming back here anytime soon.

There are too few specialty bagel shops in area. Fortunately, West Coast Bagel is a good one. They have a wide variety of bagels and they’re deliciously doughy. This is my go-to bagel stop. Not too big of a fan of the«eggels», which are bagel breakfast sandwiches. because they feature microwavable eggs, but the bagels themselves are on point. Lately, it’s been getting a bit crowded on the weekends, so I recommend going earlier so you have a better selection. Despite the crowds, service is always quick and you don’t have to wait long.
