Dunkin’ Donuts

This is honestly probably the best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to… and I have been to ALOT! I was there around 12pm this past Sunday ¹¹⁄₁₅. I am so mad that I did not get the name of the man who made my coffee or woman who took my order. They were both extremely pleasant! It was very busy, and yet, they did not seem overwhelmed like most places and very still very quick to take care of every customer. The scanner was down so the young woman who took my order explained she would have to manually enter my DD perks card number. After she did this, she thanked me for coming and apologized for the wait. After this, the young man who made my coffee handed it to me and also apologized for the wait. Compared to the Dunkin in Manlius that I usually go to, this to me was not considered a wait at all. Yet both employees were still very pleasant an apologetic. This was the first time I have been to this DD, but it will not be the last! Also, my iced coffee was made perfectly!
They should be proud of their team!
