They were scheduled to come out to my house for over a week. I am 9 months pregnant and waited around at home for the tech to come/call all day on the date they were scheduled. I called the office twice that day to make sure the tech was still coming bc I hadn’t heard anything. They said yes he should be. He’s working in your area today. Well, he never showed up or called. I called the next morning to see what happened. They said well the tech wrote on your ticket that he called at 3:00 and left a voice mail. I said well I called y’all at 3:20 to check his status and wouldn’t have, had he actually called my phone. They said they trust there tech over a customer so I must be the one lying and they won’t be sending him out to my house. What reason would I have to lie about a simple phone call if there was one. I would have simply said I’m so sorry I missed the call. It would be that simple if there actually was a phone call. And then I am accused of lying and told they believe their technician over their customer. I have worked in customer service for YEARS with a company that is BBB accredited in the Monroe LA area that sends technicians out and would NEVER have treated or accused a customer of lying. I would have been fired. The sad thing is, is that this all came straight from the owner. They could care less how they speak to or treat customers. They could care less if they lost a customer. I am shocked at this experience. I would never recommend them to a friend let alone anyone in the Arklamiss.
