Little Caesars

This location has issues getting orders correct. The reason I have returned here is because there isn’t much for pizza in town and my kids like it. Unfortunately, there is an issue with not getting your order made or given the wrong order when you show up after calling in an order. They will keep apologizing but orders continue to be incorrect.

Called From Madera @ 4:50 To Get 2 Lg Pepperoni Light Sauce Extra Cheese & 1Lg Hawaiian Light Sauce Extra Cheese. Asked Them To Have Them Ready @_5:25. The Person Taking The Order Constantly Interrupted. I’m In The Middle Of Making My First Request & He Ask My Name .? We Get There @ 5:20. I Tell Him I Called & Gave Him My Name. He Pulls Out 3 Pizzas. I Have My Granddaughters With Me So I Don’t The Pizzas. Get Home & The Hawaiian Looked Fine. No Extra Cheese. But The Other 2 Looked Red. As If There Was Little Or No Cheese. Didn’t Go Back. Hungry Kids & Their Parent’s No Bueno. Won’t Be Back. I Knew Better Happened Once Before. –10

Called to place an order, was told to just come in, it was ready. Got there and was told it would be 15 – 20 mins. The sweaty guy told me I should have called, I told him that I did and was told to come in, he said hold on let me check. Found some wings in back and then he told me to not be rude, I said I was not being rude just frustrated that I was told something on the phone then come in and told something else. He just ignored me and asked credit or debit. I said never mind I will take my business elsewhere. Left without getting my business, went to competitor, spent twice as much and waited 30 mins. Horrible service, sweaty employees on a hot day without the air on. Will never go back to this location.

Went in around 8pm one day and ordered a combo pizza and they wouldn’t make me one she said it’s almost closing time yet they were opened that means they were too lazy to clean up and they try to sell me a hot and ready witch was most likely sitting there for hours

Overall, i am not a huge fan of little caesars. i think there pizza quality isn’t as great as some of the other places. Having said that, i must admit i have had a good experience in chowchilla location. Decent staff. Quick service and «OK» pizza! I do like the connivence of it being located near save mart. Wish they had more coupons or better options of pizza! i’d give it 3 and ½ stars.

In terms of pizza, Little Caesars is what it is — good pizza at a good price. It’s not some fancy pizza joint with Glazed Tibetan Yellow Onions served over Siamese Tofu. It fast food pizza done well. That aside, the people working there are always friendly and professional, quick to help and quick to get me on my way. We’ve probably ordered a couple of dozen pizzas there over the last few years and they’ve never made one wrong, which I think says a lot. Especially so, since every one has been vegan.
It’s always lit well and always clean and they are great in a pinch, when it’s late and we haven’t started dinner yet.

Crazybread and hotwings is the best. The place is clean and good service.
