Ease of use in a not so easy location. We live in a very rural area where everyone runs on mountain time, meaning you have no idea when or if they will show up. I was told by this company the same day I called that they would try their best to get out to me the same day, but if they couldn’t they would call me and let me know. Received a very pollute and apologetic call that they would not make the same day, but that they would be out between 9 and 10 the next morning. Understanding this business is 70 miles from my home I reluctantly agreed. 9:20 the next morning, much to my surprise, the van came rolling up my driveway. The job was completed and the technician was gone in just over an hour. Great communication, personable tech (Art) and quality work. Will definitely use this company again.

Had the owner of this crap business come to my home and do the most simple task a plumber does, un-​clog a kitchen sink. it is now a month later and it is clogged again, I called him and he wants to charge us again for service call! F**k him in fact it has only been 30 days he says his warranty is 30 days. my wife is very organized we keep all receipts and marked it on our calendar, today is 31 days and we called him last night. he said it has been longer than 30 day, my receipt would beg to differ! anyway do not use this guy for anything, if he can’t clear a simple clog the rest of his skills are in question !! Not to mention his shitty warranty that he doesn’t stand by!
