7-Eleven

WORST seven eleven. I understand it is a seven eleven but every Time I go there the customer service is soooo so bad. The first time I went no one greeted me upon entering even though she was just at the counter watching me come in. The cashier had zero personality which made he rapper rude. I thought maybe she was just having a day but she is like that every time I go. The second time I went in the night time and a different cashier was there. I was stand right next to the counter to check out for a good three minutes before this lady looks up from the phone she is texting on. She asks me if I am ready ??? Uhhhh ya. She looks back down at her phone finishes her text then rings my items up. She immediately went back to looking at her phone without giving me a receipt after she was done ringing me up ugh. The next time I went in to buy beer. I was standing next to the beer cases trying to open the door but it was locked. I ask for assistance and she acted like I was a huge inconvenience. I got my alcohol and went to pay but she has wandered off. I was standing at the counter for a few minutes. There were two other people behind the counter But they didn’t help ring or call the cashier for me. She finally saw me came over to ring but was talking to the person in line behind me the entire time and I was trying to ask her a question but couldn’t manage to grab her attention. Once again. No receipt she pretty much shooed me out the door. And the last time I will ever be going there after paying the cashier asked me to walk to the other side the building outside in the dark to find her coworker ??? Sorry, no. I understand this isn’t a high class place but regardless I expect at decent customer service and friendly workers. It’s reaaaallllly not that hard. Honestly it is not hard. I don’t even want to come here again because I feel uncomfortable due to the rudeness and ineptitude of the workers.

Busy… but it’s a 7-Eleven…what else would you expect!
