Arco Am/pm

Machines sucks, the hispanic lady is rude. Im not the only person that feels uncomfortable w the service here. Might give them a 2^nd chance

Came here to get our free food per the am pm application on my iPhone 6. I got a free cheese burger and a rib sandwich. I showed my free coupon on my phone and the guy told me it will be $ 2.15. I told him it should only cost me like 30 cents in tax. I guess the guy thought I was getting a separate transaction. WTF? I had to argue with this guy. Free is free people. I finally got him to say 34 cents as my total. I must be getting on his nerves by now. Ha ha. Gave him $ 1.00 and got some coins back.
The store itself is clean and organized. Drink stations and snacks galore! My hubby on the other hand was holding up the line as I teased him. Internet on his phone was slow. I think he annoyed the guy and he told my husband to not come back. How rude!
At least I got mine free without the guy telling me to not come back. I don’t think I will be back anyway cause these guys were just stuck up and didn’t want to give out free food when it clearly states it on my application on my iPhone! I think I will have to try another location!

Why does this place charge a fee to use our card? How does the air/​water machine take air OUT of your tire. No no no. Just no. Stay away. Drive further down the road to fine a reputable gas station with normal process and air machine that works like it should.

The first thing that comes to mind other than, «What kind of review do you want bro, it’s just gas» is that the staff do a decent job despite being wrestling with the difficulties of such a «prime» location. If you’re from Chula Vista, you KNOW what I’m talking about… Oh and shout out to the car wash dryer, this man puts ion a shift even on days like today where its hotter than San Diego, TX

Gassed Up here but that men’s restroom needed some TLC, flush didn’t work at all.
Come on, fix the toilet handle.
