Bayfront/E Street is probably the first stop heading south on the blue line where you feel like, «yes, this is where and what the trolley stations should look like!» A very convenient location for the commuters in the area, situated between wildlife reserves and a few eateries and businesses, it doesn’t offer too much unless you live there, but it serves its purpose and also has free parking. It’s also kept pretty clean and feels like it would be a pretty safe area. It would be nice to see more blue line stations modeled after this one.

Love that its a block away from my house and two blocks from work but man. I can have the greatest day but as soon as i step on the trolley it goes to hell. Super crowded loud annoying people and theres always some sort of unexpected delay like seriously?

It’s the closest trolley station to my house and there is a lot of stuff in the area which makes it very convenient the only draw backs is that it can get very busy and the Jehovas Witnesses that wanna talk god with you at 6 in the morning

Station itself is clean & feels safe, but the Chula Vista Visitors Ctr is anything but welcoming. Sign on door says it all; no bathrooms, no change, no nothing, just go away.

This station is the closest access point to the Chula Vista Nature Center, at Sweetwater Marsh. The parking lot shuttle also serves the Trolley, but on-call only. Call the center at (619) 409‑5900.
This is also the northernmost station in Chula Vista.
