So disappointed with today’s service. We ordered the $ 5 mix n match special and upgraded to make it a meal for $ 7.49 as advertised in the drive thru but they couldn’t honor it. Which is frustrating but fine. But the manager Edwin was so disgruntled and angry accusing us of video taping his poor behavior and suggesting that the sign should have been removed yesterday.(Ok). Can I just get the freakin meal? With his level of frustration we no longer trusted him to serve us food without contaminating it. So we left). Shame on you E Street McDonalds.

And now I know why not to eat at McDonalds. The staff at almost every location I’ve gone too are rushed and because of this, they don’t offer good customer service. Along with no wall outlets to plug in your laptop, this is the last time I come to this one.

Went thru the Drive thru and ordered a Triple Cheese burger… which I repeated 3 times«a TRIPPLE» cheeseburger with extra pickles To the lady who barely spoke English. I get to the window and pay $ 2.04 with my CC. I get home and to my surprise it’s a double!!! Not only it was wrong but it was a pre made lukewarm burger since the handful of pickles got just stuffed into the burger all to one side between both patties and only one pickle perfectly placed between the bun and a patty… I call to the restaurant and the same lady who took my order answers and tells me to go back for a replacement with my receipt(which I didn’t get btw) and bring back the burger so they could account for it. I live 5 miles from this location and decided to stop by on my way from work. Oh and since I refused to go back and asked for a refund she said that I still needed to go back because she needed my CC in order for me to get my refund. Really you expect me to drive back in the middle of the night for just that… Horrible customer service and considerations from the staff. Not to forget that last week they forgot a hashbrown from my bfast order. #rantover

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I am a McDonald’s fan, I will never go to this McDonald’s again. I don’t blame the staff, I blame the management. Bathrooms are filthy, no toilet paper, looks like they are in a bad neighborhood, but if they have just given up on customer service. Traveling to San Diego with my family, we stopped here because it was convenient. The food was horrible, the staff were not accommodating. Do not go to this McDonald’s. There are other McDonald’s that are better managed. This place needs to clean up it’s act.

Over all this place is dirty. It’s in a crappy area where all the prostitution and drug dealers are. The place is filthy. I came here for Easter lunch and the place was not busy with a lot of empty tables but the tables were dirty and so were the boths. This is disgusting as I sat here and none of the employees came out to clean this on the hour I was here

So. I don’t eat at McDonald’s. Honestly. I don’t. I don’t even eat beef. Or pork… Or chicken or turkey. What on Earth was I doing at a McD, you ask? Dollar ice cream cones! Duh. It’s late at night and the husband reeeeeeeeeaaallly wanted ice cream but nothing is open and I felt bad that he was gonna get his ice cream but then, I remember, there’s a McD down the street! We cruise on over and wait at the drive thru for home girl to take our order for like, 5 minutes. Finally she hollers and I order a chocolate dipped ice cream cone. «Uhh we don’t have that. We stopped selling those a while ago.» OK, that’s fine, I’ll still take an ice cream cone please. I pull up to the window, get a short and tubby(like me!) ice cream cone. I pay. Get my card and receipt and drive off. Husband is happy with his ice cream. Then it happens. Out of the corner of my eye I see him reach up and get something from his mouth. Thankfully I’m already parked at home so I turn on the light in the car and ask what’s up. Plastic. Plastic in his ice cream. Vanilla plastic ice cream cone. Vanilla ice cream cone with plastic bits. Plastic vanilla. THIS is why don’t go there. Besides the fact there’s nothing we can eat there. What we can eat, has plastic in it. Sigh.

I shouldn’t leave any star, I stopped to use the restroom and have a coffee after a long wait to cross the border, while I was doing my thing at the restroom this employee pic attached, he used the restroom without washing his hands what a bad nasty GMP practice at this mc location so I did not get anything from this place by the way restroom floor was dirty floor was wet(standing water next to sinks and urinals.)

I am beyond frustrated. This was some of the worst service I’ve ever received at any fast food location. On my lunch break I headed to McDonalds to order several McCafe beverages. I arrived to find one man in line and two customers waiting for their food. I stood in line to order from 12:05 — 12:17…I spent 12 minutes standing there being ignored. Not one employee took an order, said thank you for waiting, or even acknowledged us at all. The line was at a complete standstill. The man in front of me was considering leaving as well and he was next up waiting at the register to order! That’s how slow it was. With the nature of my work I had to return by a specific time, and could not afford to wait any longer. It also didn’t look like I was ordering anytime soon. I had to return with no drinks for anyone and explained what happened to a group of disappointed individuals. A real shame on the management and employees working this afternoon. I will be sure to share my poor experience with my coworkers who use this location.

Funny $hit! So I was going through the drive thru and ordered 2 Mc chicken sandwichs. My order was spot on, but when I opened them at work one sandwich had both bottoms and the other had both tops! I couldn’t help but laugh.

Slowest service ever! Waited at least 10 minutes for someone to take my order(there were a few people waiting for food but no one else was waiting to order). When my order finally came up(another 10 minutes later) the girl behind the counter couldn’t confirm my order number and seemed unsure of whether I was getting the correct items. I gave 2 stars because despite the irony of this«fast» food experience the burger was satisfying!

I tend to stop by this location because it’s so convenient, it’s right off the 5 freeway and it’s on my way home. It’s extremely rare when everything I receive everything as it should be. Something is always off, either the fries are old, the burgers are cold, or they forget to add the burger /fries you paid for. During my last visit I ordered the meal that comes with the two cheeseburgers, fries, and drink and the 20PC chicken nuggets. When I pulled up to the last window to receive my food the employee just handed me a bag and said«thank you». I asked for my drink and she just giggled and said«oh yeah», as forgetful as she seemed I should have checked the bag, when I got home I noticed the burgers were missing. I was extremely upset since I had already done the drive home just to find out the main part of the meal was missing. When I called the number on the receipt it took forever for somebody to answer. When an employee finally answered all she said was to go back on the same day and take the receipt. A situation similar to this happened at In N Out and they took down my information and asked for a mailing address, they mailed me a gift certificate for a whole meal and an extra certificate for the forgotten fries. In my opinion McDonalds should practice better customer skills and make sure their employees double check orders.

There is one sign that says free refills and then there is another on a different menu that say no refills and its a piece of paper it say no refill on sweet tea or ice tea every other Mcdonald has refill on sweet tea so wtf by the way ate inside and food was cold

The few times I have came here have been a bad experience but this recent one by far just set me off. Coming home from work while in my uniform(active duty military) decided to stop by and pick some quick to eat. Well when I had ordered I asked if my drink could be in a foam cup rather than plastic. At the window the manager said oh is 50 cents more in a rude way. Well as I was trying to pull out the 50 cents she just hands me my order. Pretty amused at the fact that she couldn’t spare me 50 cents and also at the fact that she didn’t even wait for me to pay the fee. You’re one of the people I’ll keep in mind when I deploy. I visited 3 McDonald’s in the same weekend just trying to order a large jumbo milk shake with my combo meal and nobody had it besides this location thus the high stars! Please don’t screw it up like every other single McDonald’s has that I have encountered in the past few months.

I must say that I have mixed reviews about this location. The staff was pretty unprofessional and the speed at which they took my order wasn’t there. I went at 8pm one night and there was one family in front of me. And it took them around 10 minutes to get to me. Being as were so close to Tiajuana, they were more concerned with holding a conversation without considering everyone else aka the customer. Me and my family had just got to our room, we were extremely hungry and it took what felt like an eternity to get my order taken. The only convenience is the fact that they’re literally right behind the Motel 6 so all it really is is a hop, skip, and a jump for me. I decided to give them one last chance and went during breakfast, big mistake once again. The cashier seemed very disgruntled even though I tried to be nice and the staff was unprofessional along with the management staff. I mean you’re in the Customer Service business so you would think that would matter even a remote bit. The only upside to that breakfast is that they got my order right. But rest assured if I don’t have to go back I won’t. If you can find other locations that would probably be your best bet.

I don’t really eat McDonald’s but when I am pregnant, I crave two McDoubles, a small fry and a large Hi-C. This location is very close to my house, I can practically walk across the street. But everytime I come to this one, I don’t feel the love that I get from other McDonald’s. I always feel that something is missing when I eat my McDoubles and I couldn’t figure it out until I had the same thing at the McDonalds on Highland: they don’t put a slice of cheese in between the patties. I don’t know if it for budget purposes but it just makes the McDouble taste like cheap(well more cheap than 99 cents). I shouldn’t have to tell them to do it before I order since it is a McDonalds standard and it has happened more than once. So, I would rather go eat somewhere else and if I trying to be cheap, I will just go to the Taco Bell across the street.

I have to say that I have had mixed experience when going to this McDonald’s. Sometimes they get everything right with the order when at the Drive-Thru window, sometimes they do not. I guess it depends on the staffing. When I walk inside, the staff are very nice, and respectful. But some of the management is not very nice to their staff. I witnessed this first hand when a new employee asked me what I wanted to order. I told him to give me a moment to look at the menu, and 5 seconds after that, the manager(some lady) was insulting the employee telling him if he knew how to take a order. I had to coarse the manager and tell her that I was looking at the menu. One other minor problem is its location to a very busy road, but that is something beyond control of them. This is one of the better McDonald’s in San Diego County and I will keep on coming back if they keep up with their good customer service.

I love coming here. Nice people work here. They are very kind. They even recommended I save money on my pop by offering the 79c deal which is 64oz. Place just attracts too many hustlers bumming for money. They won’t hassle you. Just say«I don’t have anything to spare».(Out of fairness, this only happened once in the 6 times I visited this MDs) They have free wifi, and plugs.
