It was 20 minutes until closing and I went to pick up a few things, I forgot her name but the hispanic lady with the brown/​brown and pink/​purple hair was low-​key rude to my 8 year old and I. Of corse on my day off I look like a hot mess but just like every woman out there, I clean up nicely!
My child and I went in to pick up a few items for their March 10% off sale on Sunday, and at first, I thought this woman, I forgot her name, I think it starts with an ‘A’but she had brown/​black and pink/​purple hair, but at first I thought she was being helpful by asking me I needed help. But as I wandered about the store I noticed she would rush pass the same aisle I was in then shuffle things in the already neat and tidy shelves as if she was looking for something… by the THRID time she continued this routine, I used her suspicion of mischief as an opportunity to teach my child about racial profiling… being there where other europeans with fair skin and natural blue eyed blonds in the store with their hair tied in long silky ponytails and she never asked them if they needed assistance… she targeted us.
I told my son to follow me and I PURPOSELY dragged her around the store counting down until we heard the clacking of her heals, the shuffling of things on the shelf, then sharp scanning the store to spot us to make sure we weren’t stealing, then asking us if we needed «help».
I started along the walls looking at flat irons while she was on the Matrix wall, she did the same routine, then I walked along the aisle looking at products for a pedicure, which where on the lower shelves, when she couldn’t spot us standing she RUSHED down the aisle, scanned the store then gave us a sharp glare… I scurried down the Chi hair color isle then wandered to the nail polish aisle, again… she shuffled through the hair color boxes as if they weren’t even neatly stacked… like, as if she couldn’t be more OBVIOUS that she thought I was stealing! WHY would I steal from the only company that has the ultimate HOOK UP when it comes to buying products for my craft, lady?! What the EFF do I need to steal some $ 8 shampoo for or anything else for that matter?
I don’t know what her deal was, maybe women with mahogany skin and afros make her nervous but I didn’t appreciate her crass behavior at all.

Just went in to grab a few things and Lisa helped, she was amazing and the sweetest, most helpful associate .
I don’t live close to here, I live maybe 15 minutes but I just love this location so I only come here :)

Had everything I was looking for, and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great.

I hate when customers bash on businesses because of there employees decision to act in the wrong way, but I have to write this review Well my experience was the worst experience ever. Ladies if you are in a rush to get to this place before it closes Be prepared to not get greeted, here key’s jingling over, and over and over again. And at the time of check out having to see her melting face. I felt like we were doing something wrong. I know we got in through door 10 min. Before close but come on its your job !! And we didn’t take long and if she could have at least said hi welcome… I would have apologized to her (take in mind that it is your job to stay open until 6:00 o’clock) and we only took ten min to pick the product and check out. We checked out at 6:01 but anyways her name is Jennifer. Hopefully her manager can give her some costumer service training after I speak to him/​her and send my email to corporate. I’m that furious. I myself am in a customer service area and I would never do that to anyone that would walk in to my office.

Very professional and friendly service. Good location and clean indoor space. I would visit here for my product purchases for the reason of knowledgable staff manner.

love this store. one of the newest corporate locations very nice inside and very nice staff i have met lisa the manager and jennifer both very professional and helpful ;)
