I hired Matt Capron to sell my rental condo in Mission Valley because we had such a great experience with him when he helped us upgrade to our primary residence about 5 years ago. Matt provided great guidance for me on renting out the condo and his experience as a property manager in general proved valuable through the years, so when it came time to sell the condo I naturally called on Matt for the listing. Three days after he listed we had a buyer! Matt helped negotiate the sale while giving me all the information I needed to make informed decisions and bring us smoothly toward a close of escrow. His knowledge of real estate combined with his legal background creates an ideal agent that you really want on your side! I highly recommend him for buying, selling, and property management services!

We moved from OC to San Diego in 2010 and rented several condos in Downtown and Matt Capron is absolutely the best property manager we have worked with since we moved to SD. Matt and his staff are very responsive and Matt has a great team of vendors that quickly respond to your issues. I googled plenty of property management companies and its very challenging to find a good one, most of them have horrible reviews. I am extremely happy with Vertical Horizon Real Estate & Property Management. I needed a property manager to take care of my condo downtown, and I initially planned to do everything myself, but I simply don’t have the time to be a property manager.
