Returned for my update appointment. Again, received excellent customer service from the Audiologist Carolina! She is very sweet and patient with all customers visiting. I wanted to update my review from a few years prior to point out the wonderful assistant Jacob who also works there. He is very knowledgeable in answering any questions when comparing the different brands offered. He also helped me tighten my battery compartment door and swap out different shell colors for the BTE. Thanks again to both of these employees, Costco is lucky to have these two working for this department!
