Panda Express

The String Bean Chicken was okay. It could have had more Chicken. The dining area was dirty! The trays smelled so bad I didn’t use one. They had old pieces of food on them too. The tables, seats, and floor were all dirty. I counted around 7 people working there. You would think that they would take a little extra time to clean better. There was a lady cleaning, she just didn’t do a good job.

Worst service ever. I mean, I dig Panda but this location has the most unprofessional staff… How they gonna make me wait 20 minutes for teriyaki sauce while at least 5 people were served after my simple grilled chicken teriyaki bowl. The next five had large orders and in & out… This place gets on my nerves…

I do not understand what is wrong with this location. Every single time we decide to eat at Panda Express, there is an issue. If we order online and try to go pick it up, they don’t have the order, or they only give us half of our order or (and this is always my favorite) they ignore us standing there even after we’ve told them we placed an online order. When we go through the line instead of online ordering, we don’t even get acknowledged or you will tell them your order and they have to ask 3 – 4 times what we ordered. My favorite was standing in line to order a plate. «I’d like white rice.» Employee pours fried rice. «No, I said white rice.» Blank stare…
It would be one thing if it happened one time that this has happened, but it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Fast food or sit down in a restaurant I always expect to get ok to great service but of course it depends where you go. Five or one star restaurant doesn’t matter you always expect curious or friendly or respectful employees. When I go to a restaurant I don’t ask for free food I pay for it with my hard earned money. I don’t expect to be treated better then anyone else. Tonight I went for dinner with my wife and son I spent $ 34. What I got was a rude employee maybe manager she was wearing a black shirt, bad service, old awful rice, uneven portions gave whatever she wanted to give and they were out of everything plus out of hot sauce and over priced food. Hope you work to fix all this and not lose another customer like you did with me. I’ll take my money somewhere else and never will be back.

Can I give it ½ point! The reviews say it all! This is the worst Panda I have been to. Brought my m-​n-​law to get dinner bragging about how the food is good. Well… no selection, server didn’t speak English well and the prices seem to be a bit higher than others. We were so disappointed I almost cried. No flavor, stale everything was bad.

This panda location is definitely the worst I’ve been to. The food is not fresh and sits on the steam plates for hours. There order procedure is very inefficient. The cashier is slow but the servers are very fast. So your food sits in the Styrofoam container for 10 – 15 min before you get charged out. They have two registers but only use one, which makes the line longer. This is the first time I’ve gone to this location, I have tried to go before but the line is always long so I just end up going to subway. I couldn’t even finish my plate though, the food was terrible and the whole experience made me. Nauseous.
Oh, and the floor is sticky and dirty shoe prints are everywhere. It’s so disgusting. It looks like it hasn’t been mopped for atleast 2 days.
Please save your time, money and appetite. Just go someplace else.

I have been going to this Panda Express for 3 years and my wife and I absolutely love this location. They recognize us every time we walk in the door and immediately start to prepare our go-​to meal. Every employee is super friendly.
We do sometimes have to wait super long for our food as they get pretty busy. However, they have offered us free sodas and coupons for an extra long wait. On one particular visit we complained and they promptly fixed our order. We really appreciate their excellent service and will continue to frequent this Panda.

I went there today and the lady serving the food just game me like 5 pieces of orange chicken and Beijing beef + it wasn’t as appetizing, I’d try going to another location if you’re looking for this restaurant

I just got very judging looks for saying I want my grilled chicken without any sauce. Who do you think you are, panda employee. Only Jesus could judge me.

Horrible. Came in at 330, before dinner rush and they were out of rice, chow mein, and orange chicken. Might as well have closed until it was ready. Took 15 mins to compete my order.

This panda is very unorganized. Idk if due to lack in leadership/​management or just apathy of the employees. If you value your time then stay away from this place… the wait is atrocious!

This place is HORRIBLE! When it’s busy they never have enough food ready I had to wait 15 minutes for more food to be made. They don’t communicate very well here the cooks seem not to know that their running out of food back there???

I’m just weird, but ever since the whole dog meat outbreak in tijuana I stopped going to other non panda Chinese food restaurants. Lol I don’t usually get orange chicken, but when I see it’s fresh, I do, it’s yummy. Mixed vegetables are also delicious. When fresh they’re veggie rolls are good, I personally prefer the fried rice over their chow mein, it’s way more cabbage than anything else. Lines can be super long and you’ll have to wait for certain items, so make sure you have enough time to wait for your food.

This Panda Express has got to be the worst one in the city. I travel around the city a lot for my job and Panda is one of my favorite places to go for lunch so I’ve gone to quite a few of them. Yet, every single time I come to this Panda they are suuuuuuper stingy with their servings. As if their current food supply is the last of a dying world. Yes, I’d actually enjoy an entrée with my rice. Not just a heap of rice and three pieces of chicken. It’s so bad that this is my first Unilocal review… I feel like I have to warn people how much of a waste this particular location is

the food was dryer the most other pandas I have been too plus the service needs a little work making us wait for our food and having togo ask for it was kinda a big disappointment for us cause we were hungry and they weren’t that busy the employees seem tobe messing around more than anything the girls up front we talking to the guys in the back and forgetting to give us our food!

I like the atmosphere of this location, I know they recently remodeled and it looks nice. Another positive is that the food tasted really good and fresh.
However, the first thing that I noticed when I walked in was that it was super busy. (It was a Saturday night) The lined moved pretty slow and I think there definitely should have been more workers for such a busy evening. Then they didn’t have my favorite entrée which is the string bean chicken. Disappointed, but I had the mushroom chicken instead. There wasn’t really anywhere to sit down because all the tables were dirty. Hence why there should have been more workers.

Great customer service! Enjoyed my food which was fresh as well! I will be back to this location.

My pregnant girlfriend loves this place cause the food I like it because it’s fast, friendly and easy.

I never have liked the food from this particular Panda since it usually has been sitting for hours on the steam plates.
Customer service has always been awful at this location too. You must speak Spanish in order to communicate with most of the employees and the rest of the customers inside are mostly from Tijuana. They also don’t give fortune cookies when you buy 2-​entrée plates which every other Panda gives for free.
Every single time I have come here it has been a difficult experience for me so I have decided to never eat here again and stick to the location on Main Street.
