Chase Bank

This is one of the worst branches I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here four times and each time the wait has been over 25 minutes in line when there were only 2 – 3 people before me. It’s ridiculous how slow and uncourteous the tellers are. How about a smile or at least a friendly looking face?
So for quick trips I go to the atm, only they’re never functioning as they should! The drive through one is probably permanently out of service and the ones in the lobby didn’t dispense any cash today. I just can’t stand this place so I make a trip over to H St just to get my banking needs taken care of.
Perhaps it’s just time to switch banks altogether. The only thing really keeping me at Chase is the cute Disney debit card I have.
Also, the parking lot is a bit slow to get in depending which direction you’re coming from. Take Naples because if you make the mistake of entering from Oxford like I did, you’ll suffer another wait from all those trying to pump gas at Costco. Oops.

I couldn’t believe when I went to this chase location today and saw only one teller working at 10am!!! I thought:
-«I will stay here, waiting in line forever!»
I was so wrong! Angel (the teller who was working alone), was so efficient!
Everybody who was in line was complimenting Angel! We were all surprised by how fast and how knowledgable he is.
I believe one guy can make the difference. Chase should appreciate this person, working there, alone, and being so efficient! I did not see Angel making faces, being stress out or impolite at anytime! Actually he was totally the opposite of impolite; he was so friendly and happy!
How is this even possible? A teller with a line of more than 10 people in front of his eyes, just looking at him… Waiting!!! And Angel wasn’t stress out, not even for a second!
I need to say that people like this guy make the difference in a company, and its costumer satisfaction!
I already love chase bank, and I have great things to say regarding chase. But, this person (Angel), in particular, surprised me very much, and I believe in showing my appreciation!
So, thank you Chase and Angel!

So bad I can’t give them 0 stars I have like 1 hr waiting for someone to help me and nobody even ask yet I came in sign a paper and that’s it worst service ever

Oct 8 2015, I have been there for over an hour waiting to speak to somebody, not one person has acknowledged me even after signing in, i am actually a customer. it seems that they are understaffed with empty cubicles not happy .it would be best to go to a different branch

Service is quick & very friendly.
Manager is on point, which is more than most other branches.
Coffee machine is a very courteous gesture,

This is by far the nicest Chase ever! The teller’s are crazy friendly and very helpful! This isin’t the closest chase to my home, but if I ever really needed serious teller services, I’d come back here.

One of the most kind banks of chase ever theyre so dang nicen happy they even have coffee for the customers ;pits central too in cv so this is the place especially if going to costco
