Went to this place mothers day 2015 at 10:15pm, worst service I’ve ever had in a drive through. Talking to the lady was fine on the intercom but when I drove up to the window she told me how much my order was, grabbed my card (like any normal person) then told me to back up, I literally backed up at least 5 feet or more and she told me to stop, made me wait there for 2 minutes then asked me to move up forward. When I asked why she just made me do that she said «it was because of the timing, for my timing», okay lady what the hell does that even mean?! If someone could tell me that’d be great.
Anyway, moving along now I’m getting my bags of food I ordered and my drinks and I ordered both a large and a medium combo, this lady gives me both if the same sized drinks… okay that can’t be right.
So I told her she gave me 2 of the same sized drinks when I ordered a large and medium and she said «oh I thought you ordered 2 mediums, did you want that large?» (No…I just asked for a large) and I said yes, then she proceeds to tell me that it’s a $ 0.30 extra charge to bump the medium to a large. I don’t want to pay 30 cents more for your mistake? Anyway I told her no but I wanted my drink large like I had asked. So she gave me a large drink as asked, no straws for any 3 drinks and all of them were flat. What the hell Carl’s Jr. I have never had this bad of service at this place before. Maybe that lady was just stupid. I’ll show a picture of where she made me back up to. Still want a real explanation for that. How weird.

Good food. Good service. Not down this this tiny table tho or with shooing away these flies every 10 – 15 mins. Oh look… these a flock of birds next
table too eating a feast of French fries. The place is all right Not any better than any other burger joint or less. The cashier was funny tho. Nice lady

Ok so this place like any other Carl’s jr is super fast. Always clean considering its a chain restaurant and they have mystery shoppers to satisfy.
The alleged free wifi doesn’t ever work! Let’s not forget about the soda fountain here and in all the other stores across the country, it’s altered to give you more water and co2, its a big no no. I rather have that water from tap you have back there.
Btw, I just tried the Mile High six dollar burger, it’s soooo goooood, I Miley highly recommend it if you find yourself starving.

the worst– my cheese is folded and to the side– it covers less that ½ of my burger. my buns are burn, there are 6 pickles on my burger and it looks squashed. l i know this location is bad, but its been a while since i had carl’s so i decided to give it another go. so bad. dont even go here.

This is a decent place that I come to for lunch whenever I substitute teach at a local elementary school.
Some of my favorites are the grilled cod fish sandwich, sweet potato fries and bean and cheese burrito.
The men’s room can be greatly improved and service can be sped up a little.
There is a play area for the kiddies.

This place is shit.
The shift leader has no professionalism what so ever. She is raggedy in her appearance, talks like she is from the streets, so are the employees. Wrong orders, cold food and slow service.
Hire some new employees or lose more business.

The burger was good! But look at my fries though lmao! They were burnt n cold how is that for «fries» lol

Great food, the chicken club is very good!
