I love this place. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and the atmosphere inside is welcoming. I called in to make an appointment and was able to be seen the same day. This was a huge plus for me because it is a couple days before a major holiday :)
Helen did my fill and pedicure and did an amazing job with both. She paid close attention to my nails and treated them with care. She made sure that we were both totally satisfied with my nails before I left. I really appreciated that as well.
Great job guys !!! I will be returning :)

I stumbled across Crystal’s nails and boy am I glad I did! Andy, and Helen are absolutely the best! Always friendly and professional, they have proven to be the best nail salon in Eastlake! Gabby’s pedicures are to die for! (I hate to tell everyone about her because I don’t like to share). She and Helen take their time to ensure your nails and toes are done to perfection. My 4 year old daughter also LOVES coming here to get her ‘fancy’ nails done. They are always gentle and patient with her! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a customer of Crystal Nails for a long time. Andy and Helen do a great job with acrylic nails. Their technique is the best around. The products they use are very high quality and the nails last a long time between fills. There is never lifting or breaking of the acrylics. They atmosphere is very nice and they never try to sell you more than you need. They are very honest when it comes to suggested services. I totally trust their opinion when it comes to my nails.
One suggestion is to make an appointment if you are planning to go there during a busy time.
Strongly recommend Andy and Helen and Crystal Nails.

Came here to get my nails done for my birthday. I had a picture of what i wanted done. Helen did a fabulous job. Right on point
Not only that but the price and availability was exceptional as well. I will be going back and definitely recommend to anyone else to go here.
