Dickies Unlimited Active Wear

I get it I need a receipt for an exchange, but I wasn’t trying to get my money back or anything I just wanted a bigger size. But I kept trying to reason with him (I had the tags in my hand and everything!) but all he kept saying is «do you understand English?» «You don’t understand what I’m saying?» And when my husband came to talk to the manager he said «you’re a man so I know you understand» incredibly racist and sexist. Take your business elsewhere, they don’t help you and the management is so so so so rude.
Just so you know, I called before I came to find out to make sure it was okay for me to make an exchange on an item that had tags that were not attached, and the woman that answered the phone said it was okay. So to come in and be treated so poorly was a surprise.
Will be calling dickies corporate and complaining about the lack of customer service and harassment. I was belittled and did not appreciate the sexist comments.

I love this place. While i havent had a bad experience with the employees. Its because I dont talk to none besides the guy behind the counter. Who I think owns the place. He is great. I cant ever find clothes I like besides at this store. They usually do not have my size since its a generally used size here. But any time I had a shirt i couldnt find. He would have it shipped there for me. Prices are more than fair. I have seen alot of the employees not give a shit about the costumers walking in and out. Only reason I take off a star.

I had a poor initial experience with this store but contacted the owner and he took care of me. I think he has some employees who don’t understand customer service and they make him look bad. They’ve got a good selection of products and their prices are competitive.

Extremely rude staff. My mom asked one of the workers politely if they had a different size for a pair of pants and the worker ended up throwing the pants at my mom to tell her to find it herself.
Next thing you know, we get kicked out!

I called in search of chef coats and the guy who answered was rude and unprofessional… Made it clear it would be best and less time consuming if I just went to the store and look for the sizes myself. Not planning to do any service here!

I just ended up finding this place.. .. I was stoked, they have all kinds of Dickies. I got a bad ass pair of shorts for $ 20. I will be here more often!

I was in desperate need of a few new pairs of Chuck Taylors and I was researching different stores and the cheapest place I could find was this Dickies Unlimited Active Wear store.
No matter what time of the day you go, they always enough staff to assist you, which is great when you know exactly what your looking for.
I ended up buying two pairs, blue and black. One pair with tax will cost you $ 35.88 which is great because if you were to buy them anywhere else such the actual Converse store, Finish Line etc… it would cost you an extra $ 15.
The owners were polite and they kept talking to my girl and I about the Chargers game (a few days before kaeding f*cked up) so I had a good experience and I saved money on my Chucks. Well, actually, my girl saved money. Haha.
