Domino’s Pizza

Placed a delivery order through the mobile app. Got all the updates along the way that my pizza was being prepped, baked, checked for perfection, etc. Waited an hour and the pizza never showed. Called the store and got put on hold way too long. No apology. Just told that there was a ‘glitch’.
Really disappointed.

I never order carry out, but tonight I was really craving pizza. I heard dominos really changed the quality of their food and have the best wings for delivery in town. And that’s absolutely right. First off, ordering online was a breeze. I did the mix and match for $ 5.99 each, amazing. I ordered a hand tossed pizza and hot wings. Totally satisfied, the pizza was hot crispy but not dry and was seasoned perfectly. Wings were hot, cooked just right – not burnt or undercooked (not like experience I had at Pizza Hut). No these wigs were flavorful, cooked to perfection. I received my order in just short of 25mins – quick and very pleasant delivery service. I’m definitely happy with ordering here, thank you dominos! Y’all are awesome!

It took over an hour to deliver and it was cold when we received the pizza.
Called the store and the people we rude and did not have any good customer service.
Do not order from them.
It was my first time ordering from dominos, usually Pizza Hut is on time and great customer service.

Best dominoes in the whole dang continental United states. Seriously my bro, these guys know how to cook a good za in no time flat. And they got it all: cookies, sandwiches, sodas. You name it they got it on deck. Plus the sauces oh my gosh. Get your cal fresh card and put your order in!

We ordered a large Meatzza pizza and medium pepperoni pan pizza, and 8 boneless wings. I personally wasn’t a fan of the boneless wings, but my daughter liked them and ate 7 out of the 8. Pepperoni pizza was good, I ordered extra pepperoni but I felt they didn’t give us extra pepperoni as we requested on our online order. The Meatzza pizza was loaded! We ordered extra meat and extra cheese (felt like we didn’t get the extra cheese). All in all We thought the pizza was good. At least they don’t used canned mushrooms! Easy online ordering process and received our order in less than 30 minutes. Everything arrived at a good temperature.

Took over an hour to have my pizza delivered. When it finally arrived it was the wrong order and the pizza was cold. Have had a few issues with orders before but not as bad as today. I guess I will be shifting to Pizza Hut and see how they do.

Will never order from this place again. We tried this place for the first time and after an hour of waiting the food never came. They were rude when I called to ask and never apologized and made it seem like I was bothering them by calling about my order.

First of all I might change this review when my pizza get here. The manager or worker lied both said THEY made the mistake of making my order pick up instead of delivery. My online tracker said it was picked up already. So I wonder who signed off my credit card receipt for my delivery. Then he offers to remake my pizza and send it. Let’s see what happens.

I’m not sure if the cashier was new or was just not properly trained. It took her 10 minutes to print out our recipes and when we did get them and signed then, she attempted to get us to sign more receipts that weren’t ours. It was just a complete mess, especially for carryout orders… customer service gets a negative zero…

I ordered a extra pepperoni pizza and 40 piece chicken wings. Later in evening I woke up and had diarrhea. While getting ready for work. Diarrhea again. I took 1 slice of pizza to work and some chicken wings. After eating the slice of pizza and 3 chicken wings. BAM diarrhea again. After I got home from work. BAM. diarrhea again. I called the store spoke with manager Mike. He didn’t seem to care but I was only seeking to put information in his mind that the chicken wings are bad. This is 2^nd complaint about this dominos on Otsylakes rd across from Southwestern College. 1^st was seeing a driver smoking up in his car while delivering. Who want cigarette tasting pizza.
My advice is go to little Caesar’s.

Order was delivered after 40 minutes and was wrong. We paid for toppings and they didn’t even put it on the pizza! Sucks.

Easy online orders, and the delivery is always fast. However, they need to cook the pizzas a little longer. they come out to droopy.

Love it here, every time I’ve ordered I’ve always been satisfied, I recommend the large Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza.

Tried again. And failed!
Get order set and paid online. Tracker said en route at 6:03 pm. At 6:47 pm the driver calls me from her personal cell phone to let me know that since she had too many orders, mine would be another 15. minutes late for delivery. I call and the man who was supposedly the manager to clear confusion, and he apologized right after throwing his own worker under the bus by blaming her for everything.
Seriously. Come on! This place is still a circus just different clowns

How can these idiots forget to put sauce on my pizza?

Never ordering from them again. First off love the food. Not knocking Domino’s as a chain, just this location. OK so I ordered my pizza they said 45 min, waited an hour and called back they said that there was no one at address. They didn’t have the balls to say we messed up, only that they tried and never even thought to call. The female had some kind of attitude about it that it was my fault and I don’t know my own address. It’s a shame because I ordered numerous times from them and thier attitude and lack of sense ruined it. Joe and Ernies is my go to now!

My husband, teenage son and I love this Domino’s pizza! I work at Southwestern College and I can order our pizzas as soon as I leave my office and no lie, it will be ready by the time I park in front of this store, fresh out the oven and ready to go. They’re super fast and my order is always perfect. Excellent and friendly customer service too!
p.s Their app is all I use. It’s very user friendly and fast. Tracking is really cool. You can even save past orders so the next time you login, you can order the same thing in one click. Love.
p. s.s. PLEASE try a garlic parmesan white sauce, ham and cheese pizza. It’s seriously UH-​MAZE!

Online ordering is a breeze with Domino’s. Also, they always have specials, my personal favorite is the two for 5.99 deal. I highly recommend the stuffed jalapeño and bacon cheesy bread. Oh man, that stuff is too good. Make sure to get a ranch with it.
I have never had a problem with any of my orders at this particular location. Everything always tastes fresh and is delivered hot!
If you are picking up rather than delivering, this place is conveniently located near a liquor store and 7 – 11 if you have any other needs.
If you are ordering for delivery, their drivers are pretty great. Brandon is probably the most quick and polite.
Don’t forget to use their tracker online!

So we get pizza here every once in a while, usually we call in for pick up… So the last time we ordered was on a Sunday evening, game day, and during an online promotion… So it was busy with a 45 minute wait for pick up… We ordered hand tossed, my husband specifically asked to make sure it had their garlicky butter crust, they said yes… We made our order easily enough, killed some time, picked up our pizza and took it home…
I have to say I’m usually pretty content with their pizza. I usually don’t have any complaints. but I was disappointed this time… Their crust sucked… It was hardly a crust… And definitely had no garlic or butter… The toppings were also pretty scarce… Super stingy *sad face*… Might as well order a $ 5 ready to take pizza at their competitors, that’s how I felt was the quality of the 2 pizzas we got.
Also, the last pizza I had was from Filippis, so that may have affected my dining expectations this time! Hehe
UPDATE– got more pizza from here this past week, and the crust was much, MUCH better!

Never did the take out yet here… but delivery is a breeze from them and I have never had issues with it. Especially doing the online delivery ordering… the only human interaction involved is handing the pizza delivery guy the money and tip with a grunt and grabbing my pizza.
