Love this place, the sandwiches are my favorite and I love the selection of foods/​juices. Gotta try the acai bowl next.

If anything, you MUST try their acai bowls. They’re amazing and for the price, you’re getting your money’s worth.

I can’t say if the service was fast or slow, since my mom and I ordered about 4 drinks and 2 people working. There were small snacks and we have not tried Acai bowls yet. But the Chocolate Éclair tasted exactly like a Lindor’s Milk chocolate.

Very friendly staff and they made my order fast. Food is good. I ordered salad and fruit and vegetables juice it was all good and fresh!!! I’m coming back for the acai!

This is my second visit this week. First off, their tuna sandwiches are straight up the best I have ever had. The girls are friendly and really fast at making your food. By the way… I’ve tried probably about 6 different smoothies here and they are delicious! Way better than Jamba Juice! And! They have wheat grass shots! I’ll be a regular here for sure. My only complaint, they don’t have more locations. This place is a gem!

Love this spot! I don’t live in the area but when I housesit for my parents, I get so excited to stop by Juice Adventure! Their acai bowls are so delicious and they have very generous portions. You definitely get your moneys worth. I’ve also had their wheatgrass shots, which are also a decent size. I’ve been meaning to try their smoothies and sandwiches, but when I do, I’m sure I won’t be disappointed :)

I wish this company would branch out! America needs more healthy options. The staff is very friendly and super quick. Prices are fair too!

When I lived in the east coast for 1.5 years, I would try every smoothie shop to try and get a taste of Juice Adventure’s acai bowl, which turned out to be rather unsuccessful. Now that I’m back at home, I’m glad that these acai bowls are in close proximity to me. At 7.50, you get a large bowl with acai, granola (honey almond or chocolate chip– try the chocolate chip!), coconut crumbles, banana slices, strawberries, and blueberries all drizzled with honey. If my wallet allows it, I can eat this as breakfast everyday topped off with another acai bowl as a snack in the mid afternoon. I’ve also tried their tuna sandwiches a while ago and they were hearty and delicious, but I’ve never tried any of their smoothies. Service is slow and can be a hit or miss.

although it has great reviews. i am sad to say i’ve been here 3 times and all three times they’ve gotten it wrong. First they gave me someone elses’ sandwich and I didn’t realize until I got to work. Then I asked for a strawberry banana and I got peach. I hate peach and today I got a green juice. It should have cucumber, kale, lemon and green apple.
I notice before my juice they made another juice that was red, looked like beet.
I wish I can show you how green and red my drink is. again, is cucumber, kale, lemon and green apple. Nothing red should have been added.
why is it all red and taste funny? I hope i don’t forget to never go here again!

I met up with some friends to try the acai bowl! Yum! I was not disappointed! It was my first but it will not be my last. Bobby was awesome! Since it was my first acai bowl I had a lot of questions for him. He answered every question and showed me step by step how it was made! The girls and I are talking about meeting up here once a week now. Gotta get our fix!

Not much ambience at juice adventure, but there are a few tables to sit and eat if you like. Otherwise, it’s a good place to «grab and go».
So my previous review still stands, but I just wanted to give another spotlight to their acai bowls. I’ve tried acai bowls at various locations in the area so I have a little bit of comparison. So the blended acai is very smooth and the right consistency. Not too frozen, not to runny. Not too tart and not too sweet. And the toppings are a good blend of flavor and texture. Fresh fruit, dried coconut, honey, and granola (chocolate or almond)…
Their smoothies are also the right texture, nice and smooth. Not too sweet.
Parking can be tight sometimes.

I’ve been coming here for years. The staff is great and super friendly. The only thing I ask is PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD TURKEY ! lol it was a lot better than the new thin sliced turkey used in the sandwiches. My favorite smoothie is strawberry Heaven and chocolate éclair !!

Hands down, The best acai bowls in San Diego. A Generous serving of straight Acai Roots sorbet, topped with the perfect ratio of choice granola, fresh cut strawberries, slices bananas, frozen blueberries, and coconut shavings — for only $ 7.50! Thank you San Diego, for this perfect local little gem.
I haven’t tried any of their sandwiches yet, but their lunch special of half a sandwich + smoothie is something I know I have to try!

I would give them no stars if they would let me. Got here supper early about 0645 and drove from Imperial Beach to get our regular fruit smoothies just like every morning. Waited from the time I got there till 0725. AND NO ONE CAME TO OPEN THE SHOP!!! Please get your hours of operations right or an employee that comes in time so that customers may plan accordingly to our day, since we do choose to come here and bring business. We drive up her early to cut most of the traffic and not even open when it’s suppose to be!!!
Because it’s unreliable here, we don’t have time to wait and guess when they open! We won’t be coming her anymore due to unreliability!!!

I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember and the quality has never changed. Everything is so delicious and healthy! My favorite items are the sandwiches. I’ve tried the acai bowls, it’s good, but not my number one pick.
The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because lately the service has gotten really slow. But I love it at Juice Adventure!

We come here all the time for the açai bowls because they are the best with fresh fruit and some of the best tasting açai I’ve ever had. Located conveniently near southwestern college. It is an easy (sometimes difficult) choice to make when next to a Mexican food restaurant and you want to eat healthy. While they only have fresh delicious smoothies, I wish they had a juicer. I love this locally own spot! My preference over played out and over priced Jamba. This is the go-​to spot to keep your body right and tight.

All I can is their Acai Bowl is outstanding. You have a choice of either Chocolate Chips or Walnuts when you pick an Acai Bowl. And there sandwiches are to die for. I can’t explain it here, you would have to just come here and try it for yourself. They have a wide variety of smoothies and fresh juices. This is a great spot to be at on a sunny day to enjoy a cold fruity drink. Or a gigantic healthy sandwich.

Currently I’ve been obsessed with getting Acai bowls, I think I’ve had one every day for the last 5 days.
Came here because it was on my way home from work because I refuse to go to jamba juice because they’re not that great and the price is a lot for what they give you
This place is a bit pricier than some of the other places I’ve been to but it is honestly well worth it
The acai is thick and creamy and comes with a lot of toppings I got coconut and granola with blue berries, bananas, strawberries

I deleted my old review (that still gave them 5 stars) because it was short and outdated and I didn’t want to just update it because I think I should start off on a fresh slate… Speaking of fresh, it can’t get any fresher than Juice Adventure!
This was the first place where I got my acai bowl from and that 2 – 3 years ago. My best friend and I used to be so obsessed that we would take it to next level – more than one acai bowl a day. Their acai bowl was my favorite then, and it is still my favorite now. I don’t think anyone else’s acai bowls can compare to Juice Adventure’s and I’ll tell you why… There is not too much acai berry, and there is not too little fruit.
There are some places I go to, and they either don’t give me enough fruit, or they don’t put the fruit that I want (specifically, strawberry). Luckily, this place gives bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. At other place, they don’t top my acai bowl with coconut shavings either! That’s what I love about Juice Adventure’s acai bowls – coconut shavings and honey perfection.
Other than their acai bowls, their sandwiches and smoothies are quite delicious also. The sandwiches are pretty big, so I’m able to save the other half for later in the day. I can’t say the same about the smoothie though, because I drink that thing like there’s no tomorrow. What brain freeze?! I taste the fresh fruit in every sip. There’s even a $ 7.95 lunch special that comes with a salad and smoothie. It’s hard to believe an acai bowl is pretty much the same price, though. It went up! I think people started realizing how delicious their acai bowls are…
Service is always awesome also! I remember coming in 10 minutes prior to close when they’re cleaning up because of a massive craving, and they wouldn’t turn my best friend and I down.

Been here twice already and it’s the Acai bowls that keep me coming! I have yet to try their smoothies or sandwiches but they seem delicious as well!
They’re really not selfish on their portions especially with their Acai bowls. I’ve been on the hunt for SD’s best and cheapest Acai bowls and this is up there because it’s tasty, healthy, and huge! Sometimes I have to save and put the rest in the freezer because it gets really fulfilling. The Acai bowl comes with Acai, coconut shreds, bananas, strawberries, and blueberries and they give you a choice of added almonds or chocolate chips. I suggest the almonds!
I’ll definitely be back to try their sandwiches and smoothies.
