I am so happy I found this place! Super random, they are a UPS drop off point. Just be warned they don’t have any packing supplies onsite. Since I was already there I decided to get an acai bowl and I glad I did. It was perfect. Some places mix it with too many other juices and it’s very watered down, this place does not! They also have HUGE sandwiches and tortas. Definitely big enough to share!

This place is so good! The service is amazing. The people here are so kind. There is a vast variety of food to choose from. The tortas are really good, the fruit is fresh, & juices are freshly made!

This place charges more than the 8% tax rate for Chula Vista. When I brought this up, the lady said«I don’t know, it just charges automatically.» Also, they charge you a fee to use debit/credit. When I stepped up to the counter to order I had to wait until the phone orders were taken.

I was hooked after the first try lol. I have to get the fruit salad at least once a week now! It comes with pineapple, strawberries, bananas and melons topped with cottage cheese, granola and honey. Perfect sweet treat without feeling guilty. I also get the pineapple smoothie with juice… It’s so refreshing. The tortas are huge, you can easily get full from a half. I wasn’t so much a fan of the cubana but I really liked the milanesa. The servers are friendly and I never wait more than 10 minutes. Two thumbs up.

Terrible Experience with the owner of this place. This is a UPS Access Point, and they do not respect their business hours. Went in the morning to pick up a package UPS dropped the night before, owner was too lazy to look for it so he asked me to come after 1pm and they closed 8pm. I went 3 times @ 3pm, 5pm and 7pm and it was closed. The next morning I asked the owner why he didn’t bother to put up a sign at the door if he had to close. His response, he had an «emergency» and his wife’s life was more important than my/or any package. Although I would never argue that, his rude I don’t care attitude spoke very poorly of this business owner. As a business owner myself, I know this is not how you treat customers, not even when there is a complaint. If he really had an emergency his attitude would have been more of an apologetic one, than a hostile one. Rude 100%

Super cute and convenient. Tried my first Acai bowl. The fruit was fresh and just the right mix of Acai; granola and fruit. They have a nice menu with sandwiches; smoothies and other treats for your liking. Great place to walk to if you’re in the area

I love this place! My daughter attends Kumon next door and it’s great to have somewhere to grab a few drinks and snacks while waiting. The owners are very friendly and helpful with whatever we need. Sometimes we stop by Saturday mornings as well from breakfast. My daughter loves their pancakes. However, the best part about this place is their involvement in the community. We just started a new Girl Scout Daisy Troop and are in the works of getting approval for a meeting place. So for now, we needed somewhere to meet temporarily. Tortifuit opened their doors to us without any hesitation. They were great about us meeting there with the girls. There was enough room for the parents to hang out while the girls did some activities and everyone was happy. Now to food… yes I’ve mentioned my daughter loves the pancakes but it’s also a great place to pick up a fruit bowl and some tortas. We always order cantaloupe and watermelon juice but everything there is usually great. It’s close by to home and my daughter’s activities which makes it extremely convenient for our needs.

Came here for their chamangos. This was my first time trying a chamango and I was not disappointed. Pretty darn good if you asked me! Pros: — Great tasting chamangos! — Interior and location is clean & nice. Cons: — Pricey for the types of foods they serve. — Not much of a selection in the menu. Grade: 3 stars!

I’m honestly very surprised at the negative reviews here but hey we all have our own experiences and opinions. I was on vacation and walked by, heard from a few locals that it was really good so I thought I’d try it out. The torta I ordered, think it was the steak one? Was super delicious! Just everything they put together melted in my mouth. It’s not cheap but also inexpensive, everything is pretty fresh. The place is really chill and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone for lunch. The smoothies are super good too! Food didn’t take to long to get to me and the portion is good. 1 whole torta was actually too much for me, so I saved the other half for dinner. There is seating available inside, not much though. Wasn’t busy when I came in, workers are nice and patient with me deciding. Definitely a place I’ll come back to when I return to visit Cali!

Tortifruit is a fresh fruit juice stand along the Palomar Street town center in Otay Ranch. I always go here to buy my favorite chamanggo drink, the chilled Mexican fruit drink. It’s mango with chamoy. This drink can be sweet or sweet with a touch of spicy sauce. The lady at the counter made a comment while I was taking pictures, «oh, facebook hah?» Didn’t say anything, paid and left. The place is clean and small with two customers sitting on a small table. The chamanggo is really good. I can drink this once a week maybe.

Carried, my dog inside to place an order with an intent to wait for my order outside, not wait inside with my dog. I explained to the girl working at the counter that I am placing an order only. Her only focus was on my dog and asked me to leave. HOWRUDE! I told her never mind, I don’t want to place an order anymore and left. This is a shame because I come here a lot and I’ve carried my dog before and waited outside before-WITH the owners seeing and helping me when they are working at the counter. Definitely lost respect for this business.

I noticed that my previous review was deleted which is why I am contacting the site manager since I believe that is wrong. However, instead of re-writing it, I will just get to the bottom of this

I stopped in here while waits on a nearby take out pizza order. Plenty busy which is always a good sign. Service was really good, friendly and prompt service. Got a excellent smoothie — blueberry brain booster — and I did feel re energized afterwards! Will stop in here again soon, when I am back in the neighborhood.

I tried this place for the first time a couple of days ago. I had a chicken torta, fruit, and a pineapple blended drink. It is their lunch special. The chicken torta was delicious! I only wish they provided a little more meat on it. The fruit was fresh and tasty. The drink was good but I really wish it was blended a little more, it had a little bit too many chunks for my taste and there was more ice than juice. It took a little bit of time to get my order because they were busy but that is understandable. And it was a little bit hard to hear what the employee was saying because of the noisy blenders. The set up looks really nice and the the inside clean. I spoke with the owner and she was pleasant to speak with. Overall I really enjoyed my experience. I will go there again.

This place was something nice right by my house and I usually drive a little further for the same type of place. I haven’t consumed my acai bowl yet but my experience was too notch. This place delivers for any order over $ 15 and they serve a breakfast menu all day long. The thing that was so great about my visit was the service. I paid with a credit card and the employee or Manager /Owner who helped me addressed me by my first name. This was awesome and always makes a customer feel great. I was surprised to see that concept that is used in some four diamond resorts being utilized here to enhance service. Keep up the good work! I will write another review when I eat my acai bowl!

Grabbed a couple chamangos since our little one was getting a haircut next door at Bambino’s, and it was pretty good. Not as blended as I like(there were tiny chunks of ice), and definitely not the best I’ve had in San Diego, but worth buying if I’m in the area. The only wonderful thing about it is that it didn’t take forever like some places I know that make chamangos. Which is definitely an upside. LOL.
