E C Installations

I was nervous about having EC install our new dishwasher (especially with our brand new wood floor) based on the fact that they only had two (bad) Unilocal reviews, but they were the company that Pacific Sales arranged so I figured I would be open minded. Miguel arrived on time, informed me that the dishwasher would not fit without a modification to our space and that new CA code required an electrical box to be installed. I was disappointed that it wouldn’t be a straight forward installation, but I verified everything he told me and then agreed to have him fix the issues and proceed with the installation. Miguel took his time explaining everything, gave me reasonable quotes and proceed with the modifications/​installation efficiently. He was professional and I really appreciated the time he took to do the installation properly. Would definitely recommend them.

The most unprofessional service I have to deal with. Can not set up appointments appropriately, missed appointments twice! Complete waste of time. Filing a BBB and FTC reports today. Stay away from this garbage.

The installation of my gas range was done well, but when it came time to pay no receipt was provided. I called to request one and they said it would be emailed. After three weeks and at least as many unreturned phone calls from them, none has been forthcoming. The price charged for the job was three times the quote which seemed steep in spite of the the purchase of a couple of parts needed to complete the installation. Don’t make the same mistake as I, paying them and letting them out the door without a receipt!
