Had my wedding here, wasn’t a big event, tho I have soooo much to say about this place, but it’s too long, I’m just going to say this… Shady, un reliable, they didn’t complete what I requested for my wedding, the day of they took 40minutes to start my wedding an let people inside!!! Of course it’s payed for before to seal the deal so they don’t care. Sooo much more bad things happened, cake not served to half of the guests, guests not have their table, sequence of events being stalled for too long… The «coordinator» doesn’t give a rats ass about his job. He thinks he can do it all, so he doesn’t have other people helping him, for example he handles the dj station (which he puts his own playlist for the party, never played one of my own wedding playlist, I had to request) he shouldn’t run it because no one else checks that everything else is running well. I could of let all that go except for the fact that their own workers stole some of my wedding presents and, no joke, some of my family members caught them andddd my mother in law had to tell them to put the alcohol back because they were taking it to their own car! So they went for the gifts since the alcohol was monitored. The gifts had to be placed at a table that was set next to the bride and groom, the own coordinator set it up but he told my guests to leave them in the front where the exit was an out of sight of everyone. Of course they are going to deny it so not worth even crossing another word with those shady unbelievable people from that place. Anyway I’m getting carried away because Iam furious but karma is a bitch. They sell you the place because it is decent looking, but they do everything wrong, Jorge (the coordinator) can’t do it all but he’s too cheap to hire more people for a more effective business. Do Not recommend this place, they are not honest nor care about your event the way you want it. Iam not a picky person, he even said I was one of the easiest easy going brides he’s ever had there. Friends of mine have had events there too, and believe me they’ve had similar bad experiences there as well, set your event there and you’ll see.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The décor, the service, the location, everything is great about this place. I’ve attended two quincenearas here and they both had drop dead gorgeous decorations. The table settings, the video/​music system, the lighting, everything was beautifully done. I don’t have any details regarding cost, but so far, I would definitely consider this place for an upcoming event.

I’m only giving this place 1 star because that’s the only option. This half-​assed establishment is the most unreliable, shady, klepto place I’ve ever been to for an event. My friend had an event here and the man who coordinates the events (i’m positive he has a mild form of Tourettes) was not able to get anything done correctly. A whole table was missing and guests had no where to sit for dinner, and he had the nerve to tell me he has a business to run and can’t add another table when he forgot to put one in (btw you pay for plates buddy not tables) and we had paid for 100 people and yet we were missing a whole table for ten people. And I can’t stress enough how bad the food here is, literally rubbery and not edible (the best part was probably the dinner rolls from which I know were purchased from Costco). He also didn’t play any music from the main playlist provided. The servers are inexperienced, and they wore black latex gloves while serving, the plate setting showed they have no knowledge of basic catering rules. And here’s the best part– personal belongings from the event were missing, and the gifts to the main girl at the event from her guests were opened and some were even missing. Obviously, the guests would never open the gifts they brought for the girl, so who else could’ve been greedy enough to stick their grubby little hands into. I found out about this days later after the even, as I am very close to the people who hosted the event, but this is dirty, cheap, stingy, shady, and I know this place it close to the border, but hey you have a «business to run» and this is not how you will succeed. I’m surprised this place hasn’t faced legal issues yet, but don’t be surprised if this place does soon. If you want your event to be chaotic, don’t go here. Most importantly, if you don’t want your belongings and gifts stolen by the men who supposedly work here to run a business, don’t go here.

The hall is pretty nice with a good ambiance and sound system. Though, the food was pretty bad and this is from a person that thinks high cuisine is Taco Bell.

best place ever my daughter ashley had her quinceanera party sat may 31 it was the best. the place was pack every body liked it and had fun staff well dress very profesional, attention to detail and never stop working i can say my money was well spend always with a smile security guard was doing what he knows best his job fernando and benjamin thank you for making my daughter day special no woundetr you guys are book all year long. if you want the best give them a call you wont regreat it. i rent it for 250 people they let in around 280 – 290 just so my daughter could have the best time of her life with out them charging me extra
