Hollywood Graphics

I am a terrible graphic designer and was in dire need of some web building assistance. Hollywood Graphics designed TWO awesome websites for me and some epic business cards! Everyone was very nice, helpful, and answered all of my questions (they even stayed a little late because I was stuck in traffic!). They listened to the vision I had for my website and delivered something way above my expectations!

This place is amazing, it more than a print shop! I came in for business cards the designer, Ricardo made a excellent design in front of my eyes. This place is affordable, quick and gives great customer service. This is the best place for FAST BUSINESS cards in San Diego.

I had to add this company cause there wasnt a Unilocal for them but im so irritated people need to know what they are getting into when working with them. I dealt with Alfonso Alonso my dad used him for his business and I figured id try him out since I was on a tine crunch and need to delegate some work out. Well 1^st of all he did show up the same day I called which was great. We went over the list of things I needed and he gave me a quote. I told him my grand opening was coming up I only needed the store sign done, business cards and menus done by that day everything else could wait. He promised to have some ideas for me to review in a week by friday so he could have them done on time. The inital meeting wasnt too bad except i did feel a lil uncomfortable he was getting too friendly after he did ask me out even though I had already mentioned I was in a relationship. I thought maybe he was trying to promote his other business n I was taking it wrong. No I was right later when he called I declined his offer made an excuse about my bf and he said why would u tell him u were going out with me. Me n my bf were shocked and upset. I hired a graphics designer not a date. Well that week cane and went in friday I recieved no emails or calls. I texted the next friday night and reminded him I was waiting and he said ill be by ur shop at 3. Thought that was odd cuz I just needed an email. Saturday came and went so did sunday on Monday I called again and he said he would come by and of course no show. Then tuesday I texted saying I was cancelling order and was going to have them done at kinkos. He said no ill be there right niw I can have it done in 1 day. So when he showed up he had nothing for me to review he never even looked at the ideas and email I sent him. He made me sit with him for and hour and a half designing my own stuff using graphics taken from google. All so he can keep hitting on me and insisting on different ways we could go out. I paid someone to design and print because I didnt have the time I was pissed at this point but figured hey if it gets done ok im good. Well wed he was suppose to install and of course he was a no show, I texted him and he finally came by when I wasnt there with guys to install led lights but I didn’t appreciate him telling my employees he missed looking at me. Thursday came and he was 4 hours late but got the sign outside done. And said he mad me a temp banner that was free cuz the window sticker wasnt done. He then handed me some cheap business cards with only 1 side done so id have something to hand out. This cheap job was not how I wanted to represent my brand. I was embarrassed and refused ti hand out cards. I decided to cancel order when he called the following day insisting in payment, I said id pay for what was done but didnt need anything else. He said my windiw sticker was done and wud install wed. Wed came and went no call till friday and only cuz he wanted payment. I explained to him I never recieved the invoice I requested and he didn’t show up for install so I didnt want it. Well 1 min later he sent me unvouce with completely different pricing my 149 led lights were now 349 and an hour later he was there trying to install sticker I explained I didnt want it. He got upset said now he was losing money cause he gave me the banner free, and he said I came through for u. Ya he came through with a cheap job I didnt ask or pay for. I told him id look over invoice and contact his office when I was ready to pay. He has now called everyday askung when can he get payment. Im pissed after I told him the sticker that was supoose to be weather proof and top of the line is rolling up and coming off he never responded to that but he keeps calling that his dad and sister are on him to collect from me
The way I see it, is I paid too much with the 200 I put down as it is and I want a refund and an apology. Ive never worked with such a scam artist and unprofessional person in my life. He is a rip off his work is crap his quality is cheap and his values are far worse.
Do it Yourself or spend ur money elsewhere. BEWARE!
