How can I give the man 6 stars?! I had the pleasure of working with Isaac Tellez on a larger scale real estate transaction in Bonita. His only priority was making sure his client A) made the right investment, B) got the best deal known to mankind. Isaac’s negotiations skills is what separates him from the rest. On this particular transaction, Isaac represented the buyers while concurrently selling their property in Riverside County. Not only were both concurrent transactions seamless, but we actually closed earlier than scheduled in less than 30 days. I cant stress enough how much he focused in on his clients needs. The buck didn’t stop after the transaction; Isaac made sure to help his clients get the rental unit up to par to start generating an income. You don’t see that too often after a transaction is recorded. Bravo.
