Giving one because i have too took my car in last weekend, to make sure my car was ready for my trip out of town. After i asked them specifically to check the steering wheel oil and everything because i was going out of town and I did not want to get stranded with my kids. I started hearing a noise after one day of driving my car. It got louder and louder it got really bad. i finally took it to the mechanic today. I was driving the car around without any oil at all in the steering wheel. Good thing i caught it on time it was superbowl i guess they were too busy watching the game they weren’t paying attention to doing their job.

I went in with my two daughters (ages 1&2) for an oil change yesterday and I must say I was IMPRESSED with how friendly and fast their service was. Anyone with two toddlers know how every day tasks can go from ‘great ‘to ‘we need to just go home now ‘in a matter of seconds. The whole oil change process took maybe 20 min TOPS from getting my Trucks info logged in all the way to checking out.
Even at the end they asked me if I wanted to change the air filter, I was surprised they didn’t just do it and charge me or push it on me. Oh & to top off the amazing service they offer a military discount !
I’ll definitely be returning to this particular location. Thanks Guys !

Car runs a lot better now, but they were going to charge us extra for topping off some oils that they said they were going to do. I’m happy my car was cleaned too but when we checked the oil itself it looked dirty so I will never go to that jiffy lube again.

Pat explained what my car needed very thoroughly. I had gotten my oil changed at a different shop previously and they recommended that I get my cabin air filter replaced. I ignored their advice but Pat showed me the worn out filter and suggested replacing it instead of pushing his services. I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely stop by here for my next oil change.

OFF MY LIST FOREVER !!!
Was a loyal customer for years, but that is over.
They told me to wait in «Lounge» without even «checking in» my vehicle.
After 30 minutes of being ignored — I asked how much longer it would be …
(they still had not even logged my vehicle in their system — and there were only 3 other customers there!!!).
Then, I was told it would «ONLY» be ANOTHER 30 minutes before they EVEN started looking at my vehicle !!!
All the while, I watched as one employee «sauntered» into work — spent 15 minutes putting on his uniform … then, wandered around in the garage doing nothing … all while I was STILL waiting to be checked in — and the whole time, these employees were joking with one another.
Customer Service here is the REAL joke.
SO LONG.

Just now, I was waiting for over 20 minutes, while the workers were laughing and joking. I had called before hand because I went on my lunch. I only had a short time. They didn’t seem to care. I had to flag someone down JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME they couldn’t finish in time. Um, that would have been nice to know BEFORE I WAITED ALL THAT TIME. with so many places you can go, don’t go here. They don’t care about their customers… clearly. I wish I could give NO STARS! They didn’t even apologize. just laughed at me… awesome. yeah never again!

Pat is the man with the plan. Really helpful and only make sure you get what you need. No pressure at all. I was in and out and got my oil changed quick. Highly recommend

My oil change was going to be $ 62.00.
I ended up paying $ 120.00 becauses i added a CABIN AIRFILTER. How does this make sense? I was half asleep. Grrrrr. Im sticking to the dealer. Never again.

They were so friendly. I like that they aren’t pushy about the upselling. My oil change and tire rotation took maybe 20 minutes tops. I had a great experience here. I’ll come back for future oil changes.

The guys here are really fast & good at what they do. And they don’t try to hustle you. They’ll tell you what your car needs but won’t pressure you. And if you can’t get a certain job done cuz you don’t have the $ at the time they will tell you what you can do to make sure your car is still good till you can come back to get it done. And the’ll tell you what’s the really important parts to fix & what you can do without. Real honest & polite nice workers. The customer service is good.
Tho it might be a little more expensive here then other places but like they say «You get what you pay for» & it’s worth coming here trust me. And most of the time the guys will work with you & get you a good deal & sometimes they got specials, just ask. I’ve come here many times for my avg oil changes & other things & every time I have never been here longer then 25 min. Even on weekends. I can come here knowing I’ll get fast, accurate, good service!

Consumers should beware of this Jiffy lube business. I’ve come here before and let my guard down this time. The salesman convinced me I needed a transmission fluid change and said the discount would absorb the cost of the oil change (it did not). He did not tell me the cost of the service but downplayed it so I would approve the work. He said it would only take 15 minutes but twice as long also. When complete he gave me a bill for about $ 150. An honest Car Service professional would have given me a written estimate to sign off before doing the work (and I usually ask for it). I hope anyone who see’s this review understands how sneeky and underhanded this company is and stays away.
