I’m sorry but I’ve given this place many chances and I always come out unsatisfied, but this time Iam neverrrr going back. I’ve given it many chances because it’s close by and cheaper than others, and some people that work there have been nice to me. Yes I never wait that long to be seated but damn now I know why, it freaking sucks!!! Every time I go something is always wrong with my nails after they finish them. I just went and I wanted acrylic on my hands and pedicure with gel on my toes, well not only did they boost up their prices, but it totally wasn’t worth it. They seriously give you a higher price if they see you look like you can afford it and won’t complain. The guy that did acrylic on my hands left all the glue all smeared up around my cuticles an on the side of my nails, it dried up an it looks terrible an hard for me to fix or else part of the nail polish comes off, half ass job. The worse part is my toes!!! The lady hurt me so many times an cut my nails way too short and one of them she cut it slanted! they were already short enough, and now left uneven. She painted half of the nail on 2 finger toes! I’m so mad but totally not worth going back so they can fix it, they’ll probably talk crap in their language an be assholes, so I’m done with this place, never will I recommend it.

Please don’t waste your time here, they don’t know how to do nails, I told myself last time I wouldn’t ever come back but I said oh let’s see this time, yup that’s my fault. Anyways they have one lady in particular who doesn’t know what she’s doing I had to ask several times to fix my nails told her how lumpy they are and she kept looking at me like I was crazy. Never again, to the owners please don’t put shitty nail technicians to train on customers ever like that! Properly train them on how to do them at least decent

I drive down south just to get my nails done here. Ive gone so many other places and this is the only place that can make my pedicure last an actual two weeks, most places chip the next day. They take such good care of me and actually care about their work. They gained a customer for life and Ask for Helen!

The nails last but they look bad. I had came in to remove my old acrylic nails and I wanted a white tip instead. I kept asking her to soak them off but she kept trying to rip them off. If I’m paying shouldn’t I have a say in what I want. The nails came out thick and uneven. My pedicure lasted all of 20 min and the nail polish selection was very minimal.

This place is a hit or miss! I got a gel manicure and a reg. pedi… The young girl who did my manicure was sweet but aweful at cuticle clipping! My toe nail Polish lasted for two days. My toe nail Polish has never chipped so fast. $ 60.00 for all that. No thank you I will not be coming back!

I’ve been coming to this place for many years now; mostly because it’s the closest to where I live and the prices are not bad. However, after every visit I’ve always said to myself that I won’t be coming back. This is mostly because the results are not satisfactory at all. This man (I don’t know his name) once cut me while giving me a pedicure and gave me the worst manicure ever. He was very careless when cutting my nails and cut them all uneven. Also, it is very awkward when they talk amongst themselves in Korean– you all know what I’m talking about. I happen to have long feminine fingers and they always call out to their coworkers to take a glance; I seriously feel like a freak show. The only positive things that I would have to say is that you never have to wait to be seated and the salon itself is charming.

I used to come to Lisa’s a few years ago when they were across the street from Walmart. Then I found them again. My first visit here I got a full set, white tip and gel nails. Tony did an awesome job!!! I guess his name’s «Tony». That’s what the manicurist certificate said on the wall, hanging next to the station where I got my nails done. I am normally hesitant to get my nails done by a guy, but he was surprisingly good, he is the one who gets five stars ($ 25 for white tip nails/​acrylic and gel) However, the time came by when I needed a «fill» or retouch, some lady did my nails this time… darn it! I wish I would have got her name! I’m kicking myself for it, oh well, it’s not like they use their real names, right? Anyways, she was friendly, but man… she was distracted with other co-​worker, who didn’t seem to speak English. Right when it came time to put the gel on, these 2 were chatting and looking at some pictures on a cell phone and laughing… so unprofessional!!! I’m like ‘Hey!!! You are putting the gel here!!, the most crucial part of my nails!”-Of course, I was thinking it, not saying it! She should be ashamed that she charged me $ 18 for a crappy service, five days go by and the gel is already chipping of my nails!!! They should have some warranty or something. I think I will switch to Eva Nails just 2 blocks away and cheaper price.

Always clean and do a good job!

This place is truly the worst place I have EVER been to! I went in to get a gel manicure (because it supposedly lasts longer than an ordinary manicure). To make a long story short the man charged me $ 20 for a gel painting of my nails. Which were awfully painted. And overall super disgusting. Do not go there! You’ve been warned.

I will never return. My first visit here was horrible the nail tech filed my nails so narrow that after 1 week water got in-​between my acrylic & natural nail & caused a nail fungus that took months to control. He did a crappy job even painting my nails they were not painted close to the edges. If you really want to go to Lisa’s nails go to the one inside Chula Vista Mall they do a better job & are friendlier.

Wow this place sucked. I went there to get a pedicure while waiting for oil change for my car at sear’s auto.
Walked in, picked out my preferred nail polish color from the wall cabinet that boasted a crap selection of cheapo nail polishes. Bad sign already! Sat down at their massage chair while waiting for a nail technician and of course they made me wait for like twenty mins but not before the foot soak got almost overflowed!
The bottle of polish I picked out; it seemed to have been one of the only two OPI bottles they had; was dry! So the lady improvised and added a shit ton of thinner (what!?!) to it!!!
Overall, the service sucked ass. The lady asked loudly how much I wanted to leave as tip in front of other customers and made me feel like I was put on a spot!
Now, my feet are itchy — probably from their cheap lotion and I’m grumpy as shit! Never going there again!

I was very hopeful about this place since it had somewhat good reviews… well trust me DON’T GO THERE! Regular full set is $ 17 which is $ 3 more then usual BUT I ended up paying $ 35 and all I got was 2 designs and polish on my tips! The designs weren’t what I wanted, there are scrapes under the clear nail polish, some of the nails are mishaped and they already look like I’ve had them for a week! Needless to say my nails aren’t worth $ 35. When I asked why it was so much they just said it was based the effort of the technician so prices ALWAYS VARY. When I informed them of my dissatisfaction they pretty much said «whatever». They could have at least offered an apology, but I guess they get enough bussiness not to care. Oh well me and my money are going elsewhere.

First i want to say i went to get my nails done at Lisa in the chula vista mall. I went once before and I thought i found a good spot until today when i went toget a pedicure. the DAMN lady made my toe BLEED!!! and to make it worse she didnt even say sorry or try to make the bleeding stop! i have been to so many nail places and this has never happened, and it never should. so if you go, good luck.

You can get everything in one stop at this place, and the prices are great! Massage, cut, wax, pedicure, you name it. I never have to wait, and everyone is super friendly!
