McDonald’s

Came to this McDonald’s location for lunch cause my daughter wanted a happy meal. This was the closest location that I found while driving around Eastlake area. This was the first time me and daughter have been to this location.
As we entered, there were only a few people in line which was great. I hate long lines. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with apple slices and a fountain drink. I got myself a fish sandwich combo. It took awhile before my order came out. Once the lady called my number, she forgot to give my drink cups. That was the first thing I noticed. How do you forget the drink cups to an order? Ugh! Good thing I looked before taking the tray to the table. Kind of annoying.
Anyway, seating seemed limited but I found a small table inside the play area. This place really needs more seating. Other than that, this location is okay.

I walked in and the Managers were yelling. Their staff were working really fast but the managers didn’t seem to think it was good enough. On top of that it was really busy for the workers and I thought they were doing just fine, being Filipino, I’m over hearing the other filipino managers talking very unprofessional about their crew. It disgusts me. No wonder this place has bad reviews, these workers learned not to care about their job overtime due to management. Also Mr. keller, the manager, seemed to have no interest in working for the company. Dull faced, uninterested, and everything he said seemed to be said very disrespectfully. Never coming back to this McDonald’s.

I don’t go here anymore because the employees seem to just give you whatever they feel like at the drive thru. Furthermore, there have been times where a simple breakfast sandwich and an orange juice took over 25 minutes to get to me. This McDonalds is the absolute worst one I’ve been to.

If this wasn’t the only one near me, I would refuse to ever go. I probably go once a month if that, for a mccafe. They are always bad. The iced mochas are a complete joke and taste like watered down chocolate milk. And as if I thought they couldn’t go wrong with a Frappé I get one that is solid ice chunks and is impossible to drink. They’re lazy and take no pride in what they do or the quality of their food

They seem to raise their prices on a weekly bases. They screw up their drive thru orders 4 out of 5 times. Sometimes it seems like they just throw everything in the bag all half hazard. But ill give 2 stars because they usually seem pleasant and the food itself tastes better/​fresher than other McDonald’s, perhaps because of the high turnover.

Second time my order got messed up and when I get home dissatisfied … Why do I need to look in my bag to double check that they did their job?

you guys suck, we order our food there all the time drive thru is even worst, ordered 20 pic chicken nuggets and no sauce? u even ask me what kind. and ya u guy who gave order when I ask is this all u look at me as if u paid for my food. you are embarrassing quit your job. I know who are. I hope you read this, I paid u the right amount didn’t I? why do I have to beg for the sauce.

Update: I spoke with the manager about the issue with the drive thru and was basically blown off. If the manager’s attitude is any indication of how things are run, it’s no wonder the other employees don’t care about their performance. Tip: Just because you work fast food doesn’t mean you can’t have pride in your job performance!
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They’ve NEVER gotten my order correct, and today, after trying to give me an order that wasn’t mine, the person working the drive thru STILL managed to screw up my ONLY DRINK order. After being asked to put extra ice in the Diet Coke twice, I still received the drink with hardly any ice, along with getting a Coke instead of a Dr Pepper. Hands down worst place I’ve been to.

Have only eaten here a few times, food no worse then other MCDONALD’S. However the people here saved my bacon. I recently turned my lil girls on to Pokémon. They love pikachu, i couldn’t find him anywhere. I call them up and during a busy hour this guy god bless him i cant remeber his name, took time during the hustle and bustle to look for em. Needless to say he found 2 pikachu for my girls and they sleep with them now and wont let them go. Thanks to the staff atbthis McDonalds, daddy kept his promise in catching pikachu for em.

I for one never knew a McDonalds that would bring you your breakfast. Might also be because I don’t usually go to fast food places. But needed to eat something be skydiving. Fast and quick, literally right after I ordered 2 Sausage Egg on a McMuffin and a hash brown and I started to walk towards a table, the order was done.
Might have been because I got lucky with a new fresh load/​they had it prepared, but fast service is always a plus! And it is pretty hard to say no to a McMuffin when you are kind of hungry.

This is the 3^rd time I’ve come to this location and not gone home with hash browns. I order extra because my children like them. Get home and nope. Not one. I mean they didn’t forget to take my money for the item they just didn’t care enough to put them in my bag.

I ordered a cheese burger and an order of large fries.
I got a cheeseburger and barely ½ an order of large fries.
Seriously, I ordered a large fry because I wanted a lot of fries.
The order was to go, so here I am at home wondering where my fries disappeared to. I called the store and the phone rings over 50 (yes fifty) times before Brad (the Manager) picks up. Honestly I couldn’t believe it just kept ringing and ringing. You’d think there would be a limit. But back to the story, Brad was very nice but unfortunately he can’t make fries magically appear and I’m too tired to go back. Moral of the story, take your business elsewhere.

Awesome play structure! It’s clean, indoors, well air conditioned and inviting looking.
Staff are efficient, clean, and nice.

This is the location closest to me the last 5 visits had 3 orders wrong and the staff is not real honest I have this thing about soggy fries I always tell them I’ll wait to the side for fresh fries they say there just made I live less 5 minute drive and I get home the fries fall over soggy no crunch at all as I work grave yard and I get off work at 7 am and wanted a burger they said not till 11 am well if you can serve breakfast ²⁴⁄₇ why can’t you sever full menu ²⁴⁄₇ my 7 am is most people 5 pm
I would not support any raise for for fast food that is thrown together like McDonald’s does

So I’m giving this location 1 star cause I have to put a star but let me tell you about my experience stop by to grab a ice coffee hazel nut, was in a awesome mood smiling and happy as can be I have a grand baby on the way and she’s due any day that’s to show how happy I’m, so I order my coffee got to the paying window girl gave me my receipt and a timer and I ask what timer was for she said if you get to pick up window and it’s empty you get free sandwich I got even more happy and excited I get to pick up window, Girl their seem nice at time, well that’s where it all went down hill I gave her the timer she gave attitude then she gave me wrong coffee I told her she shove other coffee didn’t give me straw and walked away I call out for someone to come to window and call manager , very rude young girl I’m taking this to corporate awful nasty experience

Never come here around the time highschoolers get out. It’s infested with children with foul language and disrespect. There’s no where to sit but why would you want to? My fries were filled halfway and couldn’t even get to my McChicken because it over over flowing with mayo (gross!). Try no loitering signs!

Once again they screwed up my order twice in a row. Didn’t even give me my total and just charged my card. And didn’t even give me the right sauce for my chicken nuggets. I hope they never get $ 15 an hour they don’t derserve it

This is an average McDonald’s. As an out-​of-​towner, it makes me very happy that breakfast is available all day here. My girlfriend is definitely a devotee of the hot cakes.
We went through the drive thru and placed an order for a breakfast platter. When we went to the next window, we were told that the item was not available. But, we were offered a comparable item.
Then, when we advanced to the pick up window, we were handed someone else’s order. So, be prepare for some confusion or mix up, if you’re here for the morning rush.
All of the service was friendly and our food was pretty good, although the cheese wasn’t melted on our sandwich. But, then again, this is an average McDonald’s.

I came in around 10:30 on a Saturday morning. Originally, I was supposed to eat breakfast at IHOP after picking up my sister from the airport. My folks were supposed to have been there already reserving a spot but my sister and I ended up getting there before our folks and the wait was at least 30 minutes. I was famished and a bit (ok I was VERY) hung over and I needed food ASAP. I left IHOP to come to Mickey D’s.
I ordered a large coffee, an egg white McMuffin sammie and a holiday pie. The total was $ 7 and some change. I swear by the time I put all the change back into my wallet, my food was already ready! This made my happy.
The food is your average McDonald’s food. The egg whites in my sandwich was a bit too runny for my taste but perhaps this is how it’s supposed to be cooked. Coffee was good, as always and the holiday pie was delicious!
What didn’t make me happy was the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. I sat at an empty booth table for a good 30 minutes, enjoying my food and free wifi. I saw at least 2 workers on their break so I know there was more than enough staff. But many of the tables were dirty.
I saw a family coming in that was waiting for their food after their order was placed. They had to flag a worker down so that their table can be cleaned.
Although this is a big Mickey D’s with a huge playground, they should do a better job maintaining this restaurant.

Should’ve known better. Should have learned my lesson. Two very bad experiences and apologies from the franchisee owner. Well, OK but that doesn’t fix the problem.
Hmmm, I’m not going back. Hmmm… but the lure of the coupon did bring me back.
I’m sure it will be better this time. Nope, worse experience — got my order wrong AGAIN! Double charged for an item that I had a coupon for (so paid 2x for something I should have gotten free)… And you, know, nobody there really gives a d@#$ about fixing the problem.
Man oh man, Doesn’t appear that this location will ever get it together.
Lesson learned — Throw coupons away… Don’t ever go back!
