Worst Mexican place EVER… Salsa sucks, meat seems like not cooked well… WAY OVER PRICED for the SHIT you receive. Eww

Excellent breakfast! Ordered Chiliquiles made with scrambled eggs with red sauce– I highly recommend it! My husband had the breakfast sausage burrito which was huge and excellent as well, it could feed two people. The service was friendly and efficient. It’s our new go to Mexican fast food in Chula Vista.

This place is awesome. Their burritos are HUGE, we usually cut them in half to share. Yes they are that big. Now, in my opinion, they have THE BEST surf & turf fries I have ever tried. A must! They have carne asada and shrimp on top of a bed of fries and guac, topped with a delicious chipotle sauce and cheese. YUM! To top it all off their service is great, very nice employees. I highly recommend this spot. Enjoy!

The California burrito tasted like it was crafted by the hands of God, also the cashier was very friendly and welcoming! New fav spot :)

Two stars. The burritos are huge. I ordered a bacon burrito and there was hardly any bacon. Halfway thru all the bacon was gone already. Skimpy on bacon.

This taco shop has quick service, friendly staff and the best California burrito in the area.

This place is deeelicious! I’ve had several burritos and plates and I’ve never been disappointed. I love that it’s great clean Mexican food.

This Los Panchos is just like the original! It didn’t change into a Señor Panchos like a lot of the other ones. The food is great and there is a lady (I never remember her name and I should!!!) that is the SWEETEST lady ever! She makes you feel at home and I have never gotten an order wrong when she helps me. The cook is also very sweet and always asks us how our food is. We love coming here and eating the HUGE burritos, it’s a meal big enough to keep you full all day long.

I order rolled tacos in the am time, and the wannabe guacamole was bad. It was rotten and it tasted bad. I had to throw them out, too bad I was far from the taco shop. I don’t recommend it at all.

Of all the taco shops in Chula Vista, except Tacos el Gordo, this is my favorite. It never disappoints! Been going here for years now.
The carne asada has just the right taste and texture. I’ve gotten the carne asada plate a few times before and it was filling! I usually get the surf n turf burrito and it’s the best!!! A mix of shrimp, carne asada, chipotle sauce, and rice makes for the best burrito ever. Just recently, they made a surf n turf fries which is basically the burrito on fries. Which is just as good. They give a huge serving of the food they serve. The fries come in a big plate. Burritos are longer than the plate also. The caldo de res is pretty tasty especially on a cold day.
They usually have specials on weekdays like 3 mini tacos for under $ 5. Come on the days during the specials and you’re in for a good deal. Only part that sucks is that over the years, they’ve slowly brought the prices up of many of the items. But still reasonable.
The service is great too! It’s usually always the same woman taking my order. Super sweet :) most of the time, I’m just calling in my order to pick it up. There’s never been a problem with it. Food is made quickly but quality is still good!

Been here twice and I got rolled tacos both times. The ⁴⁄₅ rating is simply based on that menu item. Really good rolled tacos, decently sized and priced as well.

Very accessible location in front of Chula Vista Mall and with parking. Chilaquiles Rojos are good and made of actual tortilla, not chips.

I had the craving for carne asada fries but did not want to drive 30 minutes away to my favorite place. What did I end up doing? Unilocal to the rescue!
Unfortunately this order of carne asada fries satisfied my cravings, but did not even hold a light to my favorite place. The portion was sufficient but not gluttiniously large. The meat was grainy and hefty in amount. The basics of sour cream, guacamole and cheese were all there. To be honest, you really can’t go wrong with carne asada fries and if you’re not picky, this place would do. What made the order here less than satisfactory? The fries were soggy. Not like I took it to go and now have to suffer soggy fries, although that may play a factor. It was the oil was not hot enough to seize the potato and stop it from soaking up the oil type of soggy.
I enjoyed my meal since the salsa bar was full and it stopped my hunger. But I highly doubt I would return since there are stronger candidates all over San Diego.

We were looking for a quick mexican bite to eat and found them on Unilocal.The food was bomb! And cheap. You get a ton of food for their low prices. And they have churros. Yum.

Not sure if their guacamole is fresh is store bought but pieces of green plastic kept getting stuck on my palate. Not sure if I’ll be coming back…

We came here because we were in the area and desperate for carne asada fries and the tacos el gordo on H doesnt have them for some reason so we decided to try this spot and im glad we did their carne asada fries are GOOD! We even tried getting another half order but they dont sell half orders instead we order a cali burrito to share.
The taste was good and service was great the lady on register was super friendly, but i do have to say they add pico de gallo to the burrito which i hate, thats not how a cali goes also their salsa bar wasnt looking that fresh, other than that i would’ve given them 5 stars

Really good flavor on the carne asada I enjoy every bite every single time. I always knew thus place was good but still look for better burritos elsewhere and nada. These guys are really awesome this is a pic of a burrito I got with extra meat. I was full all night till lunch the next day

I tried the cabeza burrito here and it was amazing good portions and self serve condiments on the side
