At least of July 9, 2015, this business does not provide notary services. Luckily, I called before I drove over to check pricing. Here on Unilocal it states they do provide the services, however they do not.

Located on 3^rd Avenue in a 2-story blue building between I and J, Qwikprints honestly is a very quick and easy place to get your Live Scan fingerprint. Today, it look less than 10 minutes for my hubby to get his fingerprint taken. Albeit, there was no one else in line before him, but still it was hassle-free and Bob knew exactly what he was doing.
I don’t know if Bob takes any appointments, but his business hours are pretty generous for you to stop in anytime during his hours. Also, he accepts debit cards so you don’t have to worry about driving to a local bank to withdraw ca$h.
In addition, Qwikprints’ rates are standard and there is plenty of parking for easy access. Two thumbs up for Bob and Qwikprints :)
