Raquel was our realtor for selling our house and helping us buy a new one. She was responsive and hard working from the earliest days of sending us links to new listings, which led to visiting potential houses, which helped develop our list of likes/​dislikes, which finally led to finding «the one». Then the real fun started! Getting our home ready to sell (it never looked better), navigating us through the storms of offers, counter-​offers, time-​lines, inspections, requests, escrows, and disclosures. There were some moments where things went crazy and we feared everything was going to fall apart. But Raquel climbed into the mess and fought for us… keeping in contact with everyone involved (and even their supervisors when necessary) to keep things moving through the process. I’m certain that because of Raquel’s extraordinary efforts we finally closed on our new home. My family was moving across country to the San Diego area and I had no idea what I was getting into in terms of the rental market in SD. I made a call to Raquel and she took the time to explain how things worked in the local area. I described my family and the living situation I was coming from back East. She was able to give me great suggestions with regards of neighborhoods to look into. She was also very responsive to emails.
I made a trip out to SD prior to my move and she made herself available on a holiday weekend to show me several properties & neighborhoods. Raquel even made inquiries into properties I couldn’t see through open source searches. The most outstanding thing Raquel did for me was to visit an open house on my behalf, video record it, and send it to me since I couldn’t be present. Because the rental market in SD is so competitive and properties don’t sit very long, she made a recommendation on my behalf to the property management company which ultimately led to my family getting the property we wanted. We’ll definitely utilize her services in the future!

Raquel did a great job at helping my husband and I sell our condo. She made herself available to answer all my questions and listen to my concerns, she gave her helpful professional opinions on what would make our condo sell quickly and how to get top dollar, she was thorough with all the details that went into the sell, she was respectful and kind in every interaction with me and other realtors and potential buyers, she was fast and efficient in contacting and following up with realtors and potential buyers, and when we needed quick repairs, she was going to bat for us by helping us take care of our needs. To sum it all up, Raquel is knowledgeable, fast, efficient, detailed, kind, and genuinely wants buyers and sellers to have the home they need to buy or sell. Selling a home is typically a stressful process, but with Raquel, she does all the hard work for you to make selling a home as stress-​free as possible. She did all the work for us, and that made selling our condo super easy. She went above and beyond! I would recommend Raquel to anyone.

We had full visibility into the negotiations and were impressed by her skill and resources in resolving such to our benefit. In addition, we were provided concise documentation pertaining to all aspects of the transaction. Even more, Raquel continued to follow-​up well after completion of the sale to ensure everything was going well and even detailed what items would be needed for tax and other reporting requirements.

Raquel is one in a million when it comes to being a people person and meeting her customer’s needs. She has helped a number of clients that I work with in settling into their first homes.
