I don’t ask for much when it comes to customer service anywhere but the unhelpful service and attitude I received from the worker here, which by the way her name was Jennifer, was absurd. I walked out with more questions than I had and felt disappointed with Sprint overall once again. I ended up going to Best Buy just a few blocks away and the customer service given there blows this Sprint retail store out of the water. If Unilocal allowed a rating of negative 10 stars then that is exactly what I would rate my experience at this retail store.

I went in because my phone screen was all messed up(no cracks just mechanical errors) they spent two hours working on it and even factory reset it without telling me first before they told me they couldn’t fix it and ordered one for me. They said it should be about two days. It’s been 5 and they have no info on it for me. They are completely unhelpful and they even opened up my internet browser and the technician had been watching YouTube videos. Absolutely unprofessional and very annoying.

Decided to come to Sprint after seeing my ATT bill for the month of September, seemed like another car payment. Walked in and was greeted with welcoming smiles from each Sprint specialist. I was quickly approached by Melissa, who was very kind and eager to help me solve my phone bill problems. With the help of her colleague, Tanya, both set me up with an awesome promotion that cut my bill by more than half. I was very pleased with my customer service experience and would definitely recommend everyone to this Sprint location. Tanya and Melissa will diligently assist you with all your phone needs and leave you wanting to tell everyone to go see them. Kind of what I am doing right now. See them, you won’t be disappointed. There is plenty of parking which is always a plus.

The worst service by Magda, who claim to cut my bill and sticks me with a note pad which does not work and my bill continues to be the same. When I reached to her, she gave me the run around with no return calls. Until her store manager Stephanie also got in the case and was as worthless as can be. She claimed to lower your bill you had to purchase another item, I thought the concept was to drop the bill not increase. Don’t go to Sprint worthless people working and can’t help you after any changes, I’m going back to Verizon, you may pay more, but you do get service and you can call at anytime and you will get an answer. Great help! Got a phone call about being billed $ 650 due to some processing error. Went in and the store manager(I believe his name is Arturo) was the one that greeted us. Looked up all the information and found out the mess that brought us in. I was a little annoyed of the situation but he took his time to figure it all out. He was so helpful and made sure to explain everything well. I had to go back the next day to get my pictures on my new phone. We were so happy with his help, he stayed hours after he was supposed to be off. Really professional. All the employees were such great help as well, they were playing with my daughter while we took care of the issue. Very happy with Sprint. Thank you guys for your help! We appreciate it. :)

Told me to leave my phone for two hours for a simple sim card swap that usually takes less than five minutes, something a monkey can do. They rather take care of them selves by running apple diagnostics than to take care of their customers. No wonder why Sprint is giving away everything and cutting bills in half; they don’t know how to keep their customers happy. Totally disappointing. AT&T might be a bit more expensive, but you definitely pay for what you get!

the service is awful and they misquoted me the plan twice from my switch from verizon. i found out this is a third party store and they don, t really know their plans that well. i would stay away and go to direct corporate store instead

Very disappointed with sprint customer service. When you enroll to sprint, customer service is great. I’m sure it has to do with the sales rep incentive. Be aware of hidden fees, dropped calls and if your phone gets stolen, be ready to deal with the worst customer service ever. I have been a Sprint customer for 7 years, however, I think it’s time to look for another cell phone provider.

Excellent service! Stephany is really knowledgeable and helpful. I usually go to Sprint corporate on Palomar and Broadway and they have terrible service so when I found a Sprint location where I could actually get help without rude remark I was glad! I was received by a really nice sales rep who address my presence immediately. Definitely not going back to corporate store after finding these guys.
