I go almost daily for 5 years. There are 3 or 4 really great workers and several who are awful. Sorry to say I seem to get the awful ones more regularly. When my customer service skills towards them are better than there’s are towards me there is a problem. I have to ask for receipt, ask for napkins ask for sleeve for coffee and they make you feel like you are bothering them. No small talk from most of them. Now today I noticed all I had was a 50.00 and they were super rude about not being allowed to take a 50.00 I’m sure they have change they are super busy with the average purchase being 5 to 10.00 all day long how do they not have change? Then was told they went ahead and did it even though they aren’t supposed to… I’m not going back here again. I will inconvenience myself and go to one farther away… if that doesn’t work I’ll make it at home but not coming back here. I will miss a few of the good workers at this location but tired of being treated like starbucks is doing me a favor by giving me change. There is one girl there that is a very tall and lovely young lady but her service skills are awful. She is the most unfriendly and makes everything you ask for seem like a huge inconvenience. I’m sure she is a great person but she either needs training or a different job.

I love this Starbucks! Everyone is so friendly always greeting you with a smile when you walk in. The coffee is ALWAYS excellent. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks in my day and the coffee is always just ok. This place ROCKS. Thanks ladies for the excellent service and delicious coffee.

We usually LOVE Starbucks, and since we were getting ready for a very long road trip we figured we’d get breakfast on this one, man were we wrong, not only was Alyssa(our barista) showing some«i dont wanna be here» attitude, she was constantly correcting(very rudely) our pronunciation of the items we were ordering, and when it came to pay, our total was around 30 dllrs(family of three) i tried paying with a 100 dllr bill and a few cents(to get round change back), she tried to give me rolls of coins! When i asked her if she had bills she told me she couldn’t give em to me and that I actually couldn’t pay with a 100 dllr bill, so i asked for the bill back, which she made a big deal out of, and paid with my card, beware of this Starbucks beware of Alyssa.

I’m seriously here almost 4 times a week. Drive thru mostly loll. There service is great very friendly staff. They make your drink under 5 mins. Another reason why I love coming here cause your in and out without waiting. Also next to cvs and game stop :)

Where do I start off this location has its goods and bass but unfortunately with my luck I most of the time have the bass my drinks most of the time are never made right and they don’t have no customer service what’s so ever I go through drive thru and walk in and never get thanked for coming there and never get welcomed after being for so long a gold member

Avoid this one. The location is nice enough and so are the employees. Whoever’s decision to maintain the air conditioning in the mid-freezing range make the place intolerable. It is always uncomfortable here. Even if I want to sit I don’t because it is so cold that my ears and nose get cold. Ridiculous.

I love any Starbucks with a drive thru! Convenient– Right off the 54 across from DMV… Their service and drinks are typical of any sbux branch. We’ve never had any issues with the drinks we order here. Quick and friendly, the drive thru doesn’t usually have a long line whenever we come here. Inside is clean.

The owner of this location has banned the local 911 paramedics from his establishment because they cause too much noise with their sirens as they leave on emergency calls to his next door insurance business. All this despite us being regular customers since we are restricted from leaving the area and this is the only place to get coffee. We have been advised to stay out of that parking lot all together after his complaints to the company. I refuse to visit even on days off.

I am so happy that a different starbucks is opening up right next to me. I don’t like this Starbucks they usually don’t get my order right. I always order different teas with matcha powder. They never makes it up right they’re always disgusting balls of Matcha powder at the bottom and it is not tasty when you get a ball of matcha powder in your drink. And when I politely ask to remake my drink they tell me it’s perfectly acceptable that I have chunks of matcha powder that even clogged my straw. For those of you who know what matcha powder tastes like it is not very tasty in a clump. I asked her to remake it and she said that’s the way that Matcha is made. I politely asked one last time for her to remake it and I watched her take my cup and shake it around. Problem not even close to being solved not even an effort to be solved. Unfortunately I am a regular here but I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere. If you want a suggestion I would say skip this location and go for one with better customer service.

This one is one of the good ones. Become a regular and they won’t give you a hard time about.anything.mostly. {-smile-} My family has been going to this particular Starbucks for years now. Some days it’s wonderful, other days it’s a tragedy. They know your name, they don’t know your name. I understand that the baristas make a lot of drinks for a lot of people. But my dad drops a lot of dough in this facility to treat us all to drinks and the least they could do is be a bit more patient and courteous with him. If your drink blows, they suck it up and remake it. mostly with a smile. If you have to wait for a remake due to their error, they will not offer a «Free Drink Coupon». Ask for that, because you deserve it. That’s why Starbucks created them. Baristas make errors and mistakes like everyone else, but they owe you a drink coupon. Many of the regular baristas left about a year or two back, and one of the baristas became the manager. The vibe is a bit different. Sometimes the baristas and manager won’t even make eye contact. That’s a bit awkward. But at the end of the day, they are Starbucks, and you know what you can expect as far as the menu and prices. They have some convenient outdoor seating available. Not too many smokers, but some homeless nomads.

Was served by McCassy(I think) in the drive-thru and was treated so nicely(on a Friday morning at 5:35am of all times). I’m not even all the way awake yet to begin my day and her friendly, courteous, and polite service was just the service level needed to kick start my day even before I received my breakfast sandwich and iced black tea. This is my closest neighborhood Starbucks and other employees have also been just as great to me but I just wanted to give a quick shout out pat-on-the-back to all the full and part time employees working at this Starbucks location(a busy one I might add since they’re next to a CVS pharmacy in the same strip mall and across the street from the DMV). I’ve never had any problems from this Starbucks location, even when I have several modifications made to my drinks. Dining area and restrooms are always clean and kept in order. Kudos to all my favorite Baristas working at this location!!! Keep up the great work! Hope many others give this place a shot… Great alternative location to the Starbucks on Broadway & H Street if you’re coming from the north, or the I-805 and Sweetwater Road location if you’re coming from the south.

Starbucks has become a giant. But in the midst of all that jazz, the customer service and staff here are awesome. Morning crew, mid day crew, and night crew all are consistent and friendly. Maybe I do go here way too much, but you can’t beat having a good venti iced Americano made by friendly SBUX staff. I moved to Los Angeles for 2 years and on my visits back home, they still remembered my name and order… to me that’s pretty neat. I have since moved back for work, and thankful that my SBUX peeps are still around. I travel across the country quite a bit and this by far is my fave SBUX in the U S of A.

The coffee here is ALWAYS good but the customer service in the morning SUCKS!!! How can the drive-thru person take my old Starbucks cup Thursday but Friday morning, all of a sudden they can’t take trash??? Really??? It’s your own cup?! Sad to say, I’ll never come back here again!

This is my go to Starbucks on my days off, it’s close to home and drive thru! The staff here is great, haven’t had one bad experience, all of them are friendly and personable. The only negative is this can be a very busy Starbucks, the drive thru is sometimes crazy but it goes by fast.

The employees are pleasent but my order is almost ALWAYS wrong! I ask for a bacon gouda sandwich — they give me an egg and sausage sandwich. I ask for a lemon cake pop — they give me lemon pound cake. I ask for an ICED Caramel Macchiato — they give me HOT. The only reason I keep going is because it’s the closest one to my house with a drive-thru, and I hate having to take the baby out and put her in the stroller just to put her back in the car 3 minutes later. I have been there probably close to 30 times and only about 10% of the time do they get my order completely right. So all in all, drive thru is terrible… maybe ordering inside is better, who knows.

Grrrr that chick at Starbucks on 4th& C made me so angry. My husband and I ordered SALTED caramel mocha frappucinos and when she handed them to me they had no salt on them. I asked her about it and she said, «Oh yeah, we ran out a few days ago.» WTF!!! You did not sell me what I ordered. You sold me a caramel mocha frappucino. If you think it doesn’t matter, what’s the big deal? Think again. It’s the salt that makes the drink what it is. You completely misrepresented the product. So annoyed. The morning staff is usually excellent but our evening experiences… not so much. I think I’ll stick to mornings.
