Actually this review is for the Subway located at 1120 Broadway in Chula Vista Ca. 91 911… we just started going to this Subway a couple weeks ago and so far its the best one Ive been to. The shop loacated at 600 Broadway is good too… but this one is my favorite.
Andreas an employee at 1120 Broadway is indeed a Sandwich Artist. As soon as I told him what sandwich I wanted he was all over it. I ordered the Steak and Cheese with pepper jack cheese.
Andreas made suggestions and told me how he likes that sandwich when he orders it. He made sure everything was the way I wanted it and put it together neatly and he didnt just throw it together… Needess to say the sandwich was great…
And an added bonus… That shop is open 24 hours.

Nothing special about this subway. The line moved really slow and there was only a couple people in line. The person who took the orders looked miserable. One older lady that worked there moved really quickly and seemed nice but the young man who took my order was so slow. I got a kids sub toasted and it wasnt even warm when I went to go eat it. My sandwich was made ok. The cashier spoke barely any english. The apples I got tasted like crap and one piece was spoiled (the ones in the package). I will never get apples again. Oh and I didnt get the correct amount of change from the automatic change dispenser!!! She opened it up and found a canadian coin in it that jammed up the machine.

Horrible service came here with my husband and two children we had a decent size order two sandwiches soup and two kids meals, the worker made me repeat my order about 4 times like she couldn’t understand English, but what’s worse I asked for a cup for water and they looked at me like I was a transient, there’s no water here” Not even an «I’m sorry we don’t give out water cups» just a cold stare like if I was wanting my order for free, very disappointed with service never coming here again.

I bought a foot long turkey breast on Italian bread with all the veggies salt/​pepper and vinegar/​oil. My usual sandwich. It was awful. How can you mess up such a easy sandwich? Where was the turkey breast? I thought i was eating a veggies sub. Will never come back here. Maybe its the new crew or the quality of this place has realty taken a nosedive. Not even a hello welcome to subway. VERY UNFRIENDLY. THE SUBWAY IN SAN YSIDRO IS WAY BETTER. The are not sting with there turkey breast. Much more friendlier. I thought i just had bought a .99 sub from a .99 store. Don’t wast your $ go somewhere else.

After my horrible experiance at the Melrose location (check out my previous review) I came here. I was on my lunch hour or half hour remaining should I say so I was in a bit of a rush. No problem. They had 3 employees working there. Hello Welcome to Subway the ladies shout! Can I get a 6 inch Tuna? The older lady cuts the bread scoops the tuna while i’m picking out my chips. I pick the cheese and condiments and she swipes my card. She gives me a warm friendly smile and off I go! I love this subway! There staff is so nice!

The 5, 5 dollar, 5 dollar foot-​long, is something I appreciate from Subway’s. A foot-​long sandwich for a good price. Especially in these days where every penny counts, and with this offer it does not hurt that much when you feed 4 mouths. On top of that it’s healthy too (I hope).
