Taco Bell

I usually write reviews on fast food places, we’ll because it’s fast food, you get what you pay for. I don’t usually eat Taco Bell but the only taco bell I go to is this one because of the customer service. Everything I have gone is after work late at night. I wish I knew his name but there is an older African American man who is always so nice to myself and everyone in front of me. It sounds like he is the Manager or a shift leader, but he deserves some recognition. Such a great person to have on a team. Thank you

The employees at this store are very nice … I do eat. Here more then I should. A few know me by my name. That’s Kool. For the price the food is good. And each month they have an item for a buck can’t go wrong. I have not had any issues since I’ve been there.

They keep getting my order wrong. I pay for extras like sour cream but don’t get them and by the time i find out, it’s not worth the 30 cents to drive back and get it fixed.

It taco bell. The food is typical taco bell. The lines are long on Friday and Saturday nights. Haven’t received any terrible orders or been disappointed Ted but I don’t expect it to be stellar… it is taco bell.

I’m normally okay with Taco Bell’s fast food, and I was okay with food I ate at this location, but the service could of been friendly and I did not like that they kept the unsweetened tea behind the counter which required each time to stand in line for a refill, so annoying.
I ordered one of the Quesarito Big Boxes which included a beef quesarito, Doritos Tacos Locos, and a seasoned ground beef hard shelled regular taco and of course, as drink. The best thing in the box, was surprisingly enough the most simplest of the three: the regular hard shell taco. The ground beef was well season and flavorful, the taco came with a very good amount of cheese, and the corn shell was not only crunchy, but held up well and tasted good.
The Doritos Locos was good, but this is the second time I have had this taco and the shell has broken apart. I hate when that happens because it doesn’t allow me to enjoy the taco to its fullest. The ground beef was the same as the taco above which was good. Oh yes, the shell did speak of Doritos at initial bites, then faded.
The beef quesarito wrap was good and it lived up to its name being cheesy. The beef was quite limited in this one, favoring more rice and beans, but it tasted good. However, I would of appreciated more beef. Also, the salt level was a little high in this one, something they may consider backing away from. Salt levels in all the ingredients sure start to add up. The flour tortilla wrap was lightly toasted and was pretty good.
Like I said earlier, service could been friendly and they got to put the unsweetened ice tea along side the unlimited fountain drinks. Don’t forget to smile!

We drive across town for this place, always great food, fast and friendly service.

I don’t really go to Taco Bell unless the hubby has a craving lol. So I’m ok with it every now and then. We went on a Sunday afternoon, and decided to go inside which we usually don’t do, but our son wanted out of the car seat haha. It was dead inside, after about a min a young man came to the reg and he was really friendly:) He even asked if we wanted to remove the chipotle sauce on my sons quesadilla, which I didn’t know it came with, but he’s 2 and that was nice of him to suggest that. The place was clean, and we got our food pretty fast and accurate– no tomatoes or sour cream, yay!

Friendly service and hot food! What a concept right? This is actually my «go-​to» Taco Bell, since it has consistently great service and hot food. It is amazing how other Taco Bell locations in the South Bay cannot make a hot, crispy crunch taco! I have never been disappointed with their service or food. I usually frequent this location once a week.
Yes, there are lots of high schoolers there after school when Bonita Vista is in session. Since I always order takeout, this is not a problem but I could see that if I was eating my food there, I probably not enjoy my food as much. But, then again, it is not really the restaurant’s fault that high schoolers go there, after all, they are paying customers and aren’t really rude or that loud…
I must congratulate the manager of this location. She/​He must be really train her staff well. It shows, everyone that has ever waited on me has been friendly, courteous, and efficient – like they really want to be there…

I come here very infrequently, only when I have craving for a Chalupa or something like that.
This located attracts a lot of kids; right next to SW colleges so it is usually very busy.
Minus points for cleanliness of dining room. Really; a Taco Bell stereotypical dirty dining room.
Staff is average overall, a good experience here and there; mostly meh.

I will never eat here again. I had an AM Crunchwrap one Friday morning and was sick for days! Disgusting garbage that they sell — I feel like gagging right now…

Bernardo is the man. It’s always a pleasure being served by him. I hope he’s the manager. If not he deserves to be. Always has a positive attitude and a contagious grin. He always gets my order right. You da Man Dude

I was running late to an appointment and hadn’t eaten all day and was suuuuper hungry ! I happened to look over to the right and I noticed the big bell ! :D huge smile on my face because I love the cheesy fiesta potatoes ! I drove up and there were about 4 people ahead of me. «Oh great» I thought to myself. In a rush and a line :/​to my pleasant surprise the line moved pretty quickly. Like always even though I know what I want when I pulled up to the speaker box and the gentleman asked me how he could help me I asked for one minute. You know in the event that something else might stick. Today was no exception. Nothing changed. «may I have the number ten please and make one of those a taco supreme please!» The gentleman was polite and said «absolutely» pulled up gave the money got my food. As soon as I got home enjoyed it all. As always nothing changed. I forgot to ask for steak on the chalupa and no tomato on the supreme. Haha everything was great: D

WOW! best customer service I’ve ever received at a fast food chain, her name was Jannisk? sorry if I butchered your name. but it had a «k» at the end of her name. Actually I’ll describe her as the pretty eyeliner girl lol!
I was skeptical if it was open or not cause it was empty. But I’m here pretty early so I decided to pull up to the drive-​in area. It was open LOL
I got two tacos & asked for tons of sauce. She didn’t get annoyed of that, haha thanks. Tastes the same as any other tacobell, so no excuses

A great taco bell. I’ve been coming to this establishment for years now. The furniture looks straight out of early 90s, it was tacky in 2000s but now its retro.
As far as food quality goes, this one is exceptional in comparison to other taco bells. «Mexican inspired» is how taco bell describes their own food. Although it isnt authentic Mexican food like the kind you’ll find at lolitas or taco el gordo, it is a nice take on mexican fast food. and you won’t get Montezuma’s revenge from taco bell, but if you go for the 3 taco combo, plan on getting to a toilet in about half an hour.
The staff is friendly, management seems decent. And considering they have to deal with highschoolers all year long, the staff does a good job at maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming attitude.
Fast, decent, and clean. A great taco bell experience.

A staple of ours. Love this location, great service and always loaded tacos. Quick and the staff is friendly as well. Wish they would actually fully fill the cheese containers when you order the nachos… Have chips left over w/​o any cheese!

Wow everyone is being way to harsh !! It’s just Taco Bell !! I was treated very good and they attended me quickly !! My order was right !! What else can a fast food restaurant offer !!! My kids love the chalupas and the Mexican pizza !!

I wouldn’t normally write a review for a fast good place, but I think they deserve it. I’m giving it four stars because the drive thru girls are so sweet! I won’t give it five just because they don’t always get my order correct, but they’re super fast! It’s Taco Bell, the food is alright. If you’re coming here for authentic Mexican food… then you should
Slap yourself. If you’re looking for fresh authentic food, drive two miles to the border… Tijuana is right there. Otherwise, if you’re looking for greasy hangover, wanna eat bad and feel fat for the day, or drunk food– then come here. The people alone make it worth it.

Went today through the drive thru and the employee at the window was so rude! The receipt said mariah but I don’t know if that was really her name… well anyway, the first thing that came out of her mouth when she was on the speaker was «hold on a minute» before we ever said anything. ok so we waited. then she just asked us what we wanted, no hello or anything. Then when we approached the window, NOTHING at all was said from her behalf, she just rudely handed us our bag and then our drink. She never even asked if we wanted sauce and didn’t give us any napkins.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this location!

Hardly ANYONE goes inside fast food joints anymore especially if they don’t have a ‘drive thru’.
Coming here, we didn’t want to do that, and wanted to eat INSIDE for once. It took FOREVER for someone to help us at the register, they noticed us sure, but it took a good 5−10min! maybe because they are all helping out the drive thru. obviously.
The place itself in the inside, has not changed it’s style since 1993. Literally. Still the same old purple/​white/​red/​whatever décor design they got going on.
The only thing they advanced on, was the soda machines, now THAT I haven’t seen. Nothing too fancy, just DIFFERENT, more modern.
The food is still overpriced for how little they give you as well, how sad. I always order the #6 which is the mexican pizza, two crunchy tacos, and a medium drink = $ 6.99 serious? I can get carne asada fries for that shit!
The people are very nice, just VERY slow. Especially when you want to re-​order, it just takes a while, but since we weren’t in a hurry to go anywhere, then that’s ok. I mean, that is why we were eating inside, and not drive thru.
I still come here though since i’m still a baller on a budget, and I love their fresh cinnamon twists!
