They got my crunch wrap order wrong… I kindly told them it was wrong, Then They fixed it. The second one was wrong again, I told them it was wrong and then they gave me attitude. They finally fixed it for a third time and it was finally right.
I will never eat at this institution again

Ahhh Taco Bell… America’s laxative…
Taco Bell has always been relatively good since I was a kid. It’s just my stomach has grown since then & the tacos/​burritos have become way smaller for me to be completely satisfied. I typically order the chalupa or gordita supreme. They have come out with other burritos since then that are decent, one has flaming hot fritos in it which is good. This particular taco bell has fast service & courteous employees. It also has a drive thru which is a big plus.
At any given mexican food joint your taco/​burrito can change depending on who’s cooking it that day.
I still give it 4 stars because each taco bell I go to their tacos/​burritos have always been consistent whenever I got food there. That’s something I can’t say for most fast food joints.

In my opinion, from all fast food chain restaurants Taco Bell has got the best customer service. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places, so I’ll eat it a couple of times out of the month. I’m a sucker for their bean and cheese burritos (no onion) and crunchy tacos. I have never had a bad experience at this location, or any other Taco Bell location.

Taco Bell is always there for you when the late night cravings kick in. I know, sometimes I get diarrhea and sometimes I get mad constipated which aggravates my hemorrhoids, but it’s worth it. My orders are pretty simple because I don’t like to complicate things.

The night staff is awesome as mentioned in previous reviews which are 100% accurate. Looks like the manager Jay has been leaving a positive impression upon many more people than I previously thought.
How I feel about Taco Bell can be summed up by the Great Yeezus:

Love this location! I’ve been many many times and never disappointed. The manager is so nice and has the best attitude ever! He deserves the best in life, seriously! The food is always delicious and there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

4 stars just for J, he’s awesome I live nearby and even though I don’t come around to often he always seems to recognize me. Best customer service I’ve ever had probably anywhere.

This the best Taco Bell location yet! It’s fast service and the people are friendly and efficient. The manager is also super cool and friendly

Bernard J. better known as Jay! You sir are freaking awesome! I never gave a place a high review just because of one person until now. He is the night manager I believe & works at night. His energy & customer service is the best I’ve ever seen in fast food ever! This man is the perfect example of what a leader/​manager should be. All the reviews you read about him here is true, the man is fast, friendly, accurate & makes you feel like you’ve known him for years & puts you in a good mood. This man is all Good Vibes all the way around. And he looks & sounds like Steve Harvey, true story!
I like Taco Bell food, I’m not there biggest fan I prefer real Mexican food but I do like there food & there Mexican pizza & 7 layer burrito & pies. There good for munchies & this place is pretty clean. This is one of the better Taco Bells around as fresh food comes. But over all the best Taco Bell because of Jay. Without Jay this place gets bout 3 stars but because of Jay they get 4.5 stars from me! I wish I can give them 5 I really wanted too because of Jay but I’m Mexican & it be kind of a sin giving a Taco Bell 5 stars & most of my Mexican taco shops I’ve been too only 4. My Mexican peeps might disown me so a well deserve 4.5 it is!
I don’t eat at any other Taco Bell in the the South Bay, this is the only one I eat at & it’s thanks to yes you guessed it Jay. Honestly I & others only come here because of him & will continue too. I actually look forward to coming here & hearing him say «BAM» as he gives you you’re change. I hope Taco Bell corporate would read this & the other reviews & know how important & good this man is to this store. If I ever hit the lotto & buy a restaurant I would hire him & make him my head manger, no lie.

My go to taco shop when I’m in the mood for authentic faux Mexican! Had me an equis equis ele grilled stuffed burrito, El taco crunchy, and El burrito smothered con salsa fuego!
Also, highly recommend topping off the meal with the 10% military discount.

I love Taco Bell. Really I do. I’m new in the area and this is close to me so as a go to when my hubby and I do t know what we want, we always end up at a Taco Bell. The only thing I didn’t care for here is that there was a mid size dog inside with another customer. Personally this is something I have a very low tolerance for. It’s gross. No the dog was not marked a service dog. This is one of those things that requires addressing. I don’t know why it’s so hard for employees to tell someone they can’t have animals inside the restaurant. Anyhoot, just thought I should Unilocal it.

This TB location is consistently lacking in some respect EVERY time I go there. Just tonight (a Sunday night) I pulled in and ordered 1– party pack of crunchy tacos, a Mexican Pizza, and a Baja Blast Freezy. First problem (and it has happened before) was that the Baja Blast «machine» was not working. The kid who took my order didn’t tell me until AFTER I had paid. So, then he tells me that the machine isn’t working and if I want any drink. In the meantime, customers are stacking up. So I tell the kid that he can go ahead and wait on the next customer while I decide. As I am looking at the menu on the board, a young lady comes up and asks me if I want one of the other flavors of freezies. What? The kid just told me that it didn’t work. Okay, I kept my cool and said that I would take a strawberry freezy. So, why didn’t the kid clarify that it was specifically the Baja Blast flavor that wasn’t working?
Okay after waiting about 5 minutes (not bad), I get my food. I race home and 5 minutes later we are sitting down at the kitchen table ready to dive into some tacos. Oh my! The tacos were absolutely horrible!!! The meat was lukewarm. The shells weren’t even warm and, therefore, NOT crunchy. And, last but not least, the lettuce was limp and on the dry side. How can a restaurant whose main staple IS TACOS have stuff like this goring out of its doors and in customers’ hands? It beats me. I just cannot understand how this can be.
I have frequented this location off and on over the last 20 years. Over the last 5 years, it has slowly gone South! The food is inconsistent and so is the service. The employees with few exceptions need to be better trained to be more customer friendly. They also need to keep the place cleaner. Stock those napkin containers too! The food needs to be more consistent (obviously toward the good side). And, please! No lukewarm food should EVER leave the premises!

Not the best taco bell, but definitely up to standard.
This taco bell is clean, friendly, and fast with the order. A few times I’ve been here the taco shell was stale but whatevers. The meat is well cooked, the veggies are fresh and the soda machine is on point. I even have a seat next to a wall outlet to charge my phone! So I’m pretty happy about that. That’s how I was able to make this review.
One thing though bring back sangria mountain dew! It was so good!

This Taco bell used to be 24 hours but is no longer.
I believe the Taco Bell on Dennery Rd and the 805 is 24 hours.
Food is somewhat affordable depending what you order. Guilty pleasure is the super nachos but I usually only order tacos. They have always usually got my order correct for the most part. Customer service has been exceptional.
As a matter of fact, the gentleman who works the late night shifts (believe his name is Bernard) is the most friendly and outgoing attitude that I have ever encountered in fast food. He must me in some kind of management because he aims to please the customer which is rare in fastfood.
Never thought I would rate a Taco Bell so highly, but that one employee everyone mentions is good people.

Every time I go here «mostly in the evening «it’s nice and fast food is good and the manager is just all around a great guy! I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a fast simple good meal with great service

This taco bell is good quick, grab and go! Most of the time is empty but is good for people.

I ate lunch here with my family which includes a 6&3 year old at 2pm. The service was fine. It was until we sat down to eat the ladies in the kitchen were cursing in Spanish which I found rude because my kids understand everything they said.

I don’t know his name but the manager at night, this dude makes my night every time I stop by. I feel like I know this dude, always making me feel happy.

After seeing the Taco Bell commercial for the Grilled Stuft Nacho, we had to go down the hill to try it. for $ 1.29 it was as we expected. Nothing too crazy. In my opinion it tasted like a nacho cheese infused quesadilla w/​nacho chips.
To each their own, but I think I’ll just stick to getting a carne asada quesadilla at a regular taco shop. I mean we do live like 4 exits away from the Mexico border.

Some companies don’t know the caliber of employee they have until they are gone. Bernard J. Who I believe may be the night manager is by far the most courteous employee I have ever met working anywhere.

Came in through the drive through today. «Yes, I would like to order a Mexican Pizza and two beef tacos», The voice replies «So two beef tacos?» We reply «and a Mexican Pizza please». «So the order should be listed on the board is that right» I just sat there thinking really? I know we just asked for the Mexican Pizza twice and it still wasn’t on the board. We stated that it still wasn’t correct and the guy says «oh yea, you wanted the Mexican Pizza too right?» I am not sure if there was a Id10T error or not but just the fact that he knew what he missed let me know that it was all him. :-(The food was still good so I will stick with a 3 for today.
