I have been here several times to purchase propane gas and to rent equipment. The manager, the owner, and staff have always been very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
In the at least one dozen times that Ive been there, I have never had a negative experience. The location is very convenient as it’s off the 54 and in between the interstate 5 and 805.

If it were not for the fact that they are cheap, I would not suggest it at all. Just make sure that you watch your self. When I checked in, the staff claimed to not be able to «open» my reservation, so they cancelled it and then attempted to upsell me on on several things (less mileage, different ending location, more expensive dolly and furniture pads). En total, they attempted to overcharge me by almost double my reservation. How convenient.
Not to mention that the drop off location (I did a one-way move) did not have an address for drop off, just a city. Not terribly helpful.
Watch yourself and be informed. Any errors that they make will not be in your favor.
