Sprint Store

The Unhelpful and rude manager that works here named Eddie. Eddie is a liar and overcharged me after he promised me what the monthly bill would cost. I went back for help but got turned away. He even told me to suck it up and thats just how it is. Fxxx this dude.

Walked int this store to get a new IPad and was working with one of the representative who traded me off to another one when another customer came in. While that happened he said he would throw in a case. So the new representative finished ringing me up and I inquired about the free case and he said nice try like I was lying. He called the other original rep who had left to lunch and was told that he never said it. Horrible customer service, feel like taking my device back so they do not get commission off of me.

I never liked this store I Came here a ciuple of times and the employees dont even acknowledge you its like you dont exist. And I tryed to pay my bill and handed the the girl working there $ 60 but I was only paying $ 50. so she tells me dont you have change I was no why? she says well because I am sorry but we dont have any change at all sorry. Anyways I couldnt believe how can a store not have any change??? I never came back.

I totally just switched over from AT&T to Sprint after years!!! Arturo Z. Was so helpful and eased me into switching carriers, plus he made sure I left happy with my new phone and accessories. Totally recommended!

First my review would be a –5, but they don’t go that low!
If you have to drive 50 miles out of your way to AVOID this Sprint store I strongly recommend that you do!
They are the WORST and the Store. Manager Laura is a Royal BITCH!
We have been customers for over 10 yrs. and they sucked years ago and we started doing everything online because of them.
We were short on time and decided to give them another try.
The girl Connie who took care of us was very nice and helpful and sold us a few products, she ran into a problem and the store manager helped her and at the time seemed nice.
We weren’t for sure if we were going to like everything, but Connie assured us several times that there would be no problem, we had two weeks.
We thought, this store has changed for the better!
We came in a day later and go two tablets.
When my husband went to return the items we didn’t want, for me as I had to go out of town, I thought he went to the wrong place.
Wow, what a shock he got!
If we were treated like this when we first bought our stuff we would have left everything and walked out!
He was first waited on by Dum and Dumber, than
the store manager Laura accused us of lying and asked if we got the products just to return them.
Who in the customer service industry treats long time customers like that!
The ironic thing about it is, these deals were offered to us because we were long time customers and then they treated us like crap when we didn’t want to keep all of them.
They should transfer Connie to a store that believes their customers are important and close that store down or at least Fire that nasty Bitch Laura!

I’ve been a Sprint customer for quite some time now and I usually just stop by a Sprint location to pay my bill. I happened to be in the area and I notice that there was a Sprint store so I decided to come in here and pay for my bill. Um… that totally didn’t happen.
Honestly, I thought almost all Sprint stores had those touch screens to just pay for your bill on the spot or at least have someone help you pay your bill but this place was no help at all. When I walked in a guy asked me if I needed any help and I told him I wanted to pay for my bill. This guy told me I can call over the telephone to pay for my bill and asked me if I want to use their phone or needed the number. Um hello? If I wanted to pay my bill over the phone why would I show up to a store? I asked him politely if they have those touch screens to pay and he said no. He kept insisting that I should phone in to pay. I got irritated and just said no its okay and just left.
By the way when I came in here there was at least 5 workers and only I was in the store. No one was able to physically help me pay for my bill? Last time I checked a cash register was able to be used to pay your phone bill too… I mean how else would you buy a phone there or sign up for a contract? I’m sure if you’re able to sign someone up for a new phone you can help someone physically to pay for their bill.
Overall, I didn’t like this Sprint location. They were no help at all. All I needed was to get my bill paid and they didn’t even offer to just swipe my card at the register to pay for it. Like seriously?
