Great place to get your work shoes! Jacob was really helpful and knowledgable, even when dealing with multiple customers at a time. You can tell the shoes are made well and the company stands behind their product. Good selection of both steel toe and soft toe shoes. They also have maintenance products to keep your shoes in tip top condition. When finding your perfect size they’ll have you stand on a platform to show you were you distribute your weight and determine your size. They are absolutely not salesy at all! The place smells nice (like leather) and shoes come in a handy dandy box with a handle.

Expect great customer service. It’s a tiny establishment, but it carries what it needs to help you pick out boots that will last you a lifetime (if they’re the heritage series anyway…)
They have a machine to measure feet size and sole options as well, which I enjoyed utilizing.

I been coming to this location, and the one in El Cajon to pick up my work boots for about almost 3 years now. The customer service is great, and they go above and beyond to answer all my questions. The boots aren’t cheap, and they at least start at $ 90 and up. They are worth it though, and they also offer some free services for your boots as long as you own them I believe.

i would rate ten stars if i could, such a helpful and caring crew at this shop.
Very informative and thoughtful people working here, i am a repeat customer and this is the only place i buy work boots from.
Genuine customer service with your well being in mind.
You cant beat that.
Sure, the boots are not cheap but these are work boots — you cant expect to have an awesome day if you are not wearing the correct, comfortable and safe foot gear.
Go here, you wont regret it.

This store is amazing…
I felt like a king when I walked in because right away a gentleman greeted me and helped me right away with my needs for a new pair of comfortable shoes for work.
No pushy sales tactics and I never felt pressure to buy the «higher end» shoes.
Like the other post about this store says the service here is like one from a bye gone era where customer service actually included SERVICE not rush you through to get to the next customer.
Today i felt like a guest in someone’s home and I got a great pair of shoes that are made to last… In the end you get what you pay for…
If you need some good comfortable, durable, and quality shoes go to Red Wing.

The shoe store is like stepping back in time 30 years. The gentleman in the store is courteous and very knowledgeable of the products. Today I purchased a pair of high quality boots, and he patiently fit me in the best best boots I have ever purchased. Unlike other shoe stores, he did not push me to buy things I didn’t need, like inserts socks and so on. Instead he told me to please come back for free polishing or repairs anytime. At the end of the transaction, he shook my hand and thanked me for my business.
In a world of limited personal interaction and internet shopping and so on this store is a breath of fresh air. I will return here in the future.
