Appliance Parts Liquidator

Unfortunately, this review will be slightly inaccurate as I cannot give zero stars. One star misrepresents my feelings towards this business by incorrectly suggesting they actually earned any stars at all. Long story short:
It’s been over a month since I ordered my part (January 3^rd). By January 18^th, I hadn’t received a part, or any communication from the business. It took four attempts at contacting them through email, phone, and their online contact form before I could get a single response out of them. When they did respond, it was to tell me they’d either send the part or refund my money by the end of the week (which would have been January 29^th.) It’s now February 8^th, they haven’t responded to a fifth attempt at contacting them, I’ve got no part, I’ve got no refund, and I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB. Do not use these lazy frauds.
