0 stars! The staff is ignorant with no manners! First there was no one at the front desk and then when you try ask them a question it’s a problem. They are ghetto and disrespectful! Disgusting! All of the front desk staff should be fired!

The worst post office I have ever been too. The workers there were rude, ignorant, and careless. Their customer service was horrible.

Unlike the post office in the ghetto (North Lawndale) this PO doesn’t have the workers behind plexiglass. I don’t like that at this cicero location there is a worker who is a mumbler. He talks like edbassmaster’s character. Other than that not much problems and I think there is usually less people in line than at the N Lawndale location.
If it matters to you PO Boxes are more expensive here.

Welcome to the Post Office.
Every time I go here you stand in line forever, then you get to the counter and you wait some more.
Forget about ever getting a refund for the Insurance option, Post Office employees do not know how to do Insurance claims. I have visited multiple Post Offices, and this one leaves you wanting something much better.
I will give them one star, great buildiing, ajacent to parking. If you just wants stamps, expect to take 30 minutes out of your day. If you want a refund, I spent 1 ½ hours and didn’t get it done, now I probably have to go back and trying for another 1 ½… ARGH!!!
