First time we went the server complained about getting sat after she was told she was cut. I went with two friends who also work in the restaurant industry so we’re pretty chill. But we felt awkward when she came to table with tears in her eyes. If I’m going to enjoy a mediocre meal, I’d prefer everyone to at least act like they’re having fun.

I have nothing negative to say about this specific Applebee’s location or its staff. In fact, this was one of the cleaner locations that I have visited, and our waiter was a very nice young guy. BUTDUDE. Crapplebee’s food. It is so bad. I haven’t been here in years since I vehemently dislike it so much. However, we had a gift card from Christmas and we were almost in a hurry to just get rid of it(wah wah, I know, First World problems and all). We went to this location for a quick early dinner since the kiddo was at a friend’s house. Since it was 4:00PM, the place was almost dead. Again, though, it was very clean and the wait staff that we encountered were very pleasant and quick. My husband ordered a ½ rack of honey bbq ribs with a side of cole slaw and fries, and a tall beer. He thought the ribs were pretty good, but they were extremely bony. Yes, duh, I get it, they’re RIBS but still, very little meat on the bones. The fries were a waste, they were cold and sad and huddled together in a pathetic frightened-looking pile. Blech. He took one bite of the cole slaw and gave up on it as a lost cause. I perused the menu repeatedly and couldn’t find a damn thing that looked appealing. Everything sounded like it was swimming in bottled corn syrup-y sauces or prepackaged, frozen, and heat-lamped. I’m going to insert the emphatic disclaimer that I am the furthest thing from a food snob(I love pizza rolls. And Crudway. And McNuggets), and some of my favorite places to eat at are chain restaurants(Bonefish! Brio! Cheesecake Factory!). But Applebee’s is just BAD. And to make things worse, it’s EXPENSIVE, especially for what you get! I ordered the chicken Alfredo with«fresh tomato bruschetta», and got a skimpy dish of limp penne glazed in the saddest white gloop, topped with about three slivers of chicken(I would hazard a guess that they got three entrée portions carved out of 1 chicken breast). The«fresh tomato bruschetta» was a nasty scoop of anemic tomato cubes, with that smooshy appearance of being halfheartedly rammed through a commercial splicer, stem and all. Mmmm. And not even an obligatory slice of pre-frozen garlic toast? Nope, none here. As small as the portion was, I didn’t finish it, because I was kicking myself over the wasted caloric intake that could have been inhaled through just about anything else that would have been tastier and more satisfying. Like Kraft Mac & Cheese. Despite our $ 25 gift card, we still were amazed that this very bad meal for just us two added up to $ 32. And we tried not to think about how that same amount would have heartily and deliciously filled up our family of three at say, Eli’s BBQ, Cilantro or India Bistro. Crapplebee’s, you need to fire your entire board of advisors, stat. This is why nobody but high schoolers who feast on the ½ off Appetizer happy hour still go here.

If you’re a fan of Applebees, this is actually one of the better ones, in my opinion. While I think Applebees provides slow service across the board, this one isn’t the slowest. I think as far as Applebees goes, the food is pretty consistant. We’ve been to this location several times and will return. I love that they offer $ 10 bottles of wine all day, everyday. And they do have great specials.

Hit or miss. My food was great, but my wife’s was meh. Good prices on most of the stuff. Server was attentive and friendly.

This was my mothers’ choice and since it was mothers day weekend I went were she wanted to go. My mothers had the Shrimp dinner and she said it was just ok. There was just to much breading on the shrimp. I’m sure they are just frozen shrimp dumped in a fryer, but I didn’t want to ruin her night. I had the 2 for $ 8 appetizers, the chicken tacos and I think it was dumplings. Both were surprisingly good.

Waiter was nice but… extremely extremely slow and forgetful. Went on Sunday night and they were not busy at all but for some reason our waitress could not get it together. Sat there for almost 15 mins before our drink order was taken. Brought the wrong food for my son and I asked for a spoon twice and was never brought to me. They must of been out of spoons.

We when back to Applebee’s last night after having terrible service 2 years ago. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. I would give her 5 stars. It took sometime to get our drinks and food. The salsa, on the side was terrible. It tasted like cigarette smoke. It was the worse salsa I have ever tasted. The rest of our meal was okay, but not very tasty. We will not be returning to Applebee’s.

Came with a party of 6 for lunch, with no complaints. Waitress handled us very well. The food was great, and didn’t have to ask for anything.
