Arby’s

I regret going to this Arby’s. I got the Market fresh sandwich and ended having food poisoning. I will not come back to this place

The Arby’s of Norwood might be one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants I regularly go to. Having worked in Norwood for the past 7 years, I’ve dined at this Arby’s many times. It is consistently dirty, grimy with greasy slick floors. The employees are generally friendly (though incredibly turnover prone) & efficient and the food is what one would expect from a franchised fast food location. It also appears that management/​leadership changes once a quarter. Possibly even ownership.
The drive through is fairly efficient though be careful when exiting the parking lot as the exit is angled oddly. Also, amusingly, the furniture is the most rickety I’ve ever seen in a place of business. Every chair is loose by about an inch. I think I could rip one apart with my bare hands.
If you like Arby’s & are in Norwood this is totally an Arby’s in Norwood. The food and prices as are expected. I suggest driving through as to not have to experience the grimy, 80’s interior. With the very clean and warm McDonald’s about a half mile a way, it seems ridiculous for this restaurant to be 3 decades behind.
Also, never, EVER consume Arby’s Horsey Sauce.

Food is good, but a bit dirty inside and out.
