I’ve been a patient here since I think around 2009, and I’ve always been impressed with the speed of service. I’ve never had to wait long in the waiting room, for starters, and that was a first for me for this kind of doctor’s office.
My doctor is Dr. Valido, and while I was hesitant about going to a male gynecologist, those fears were quickly quelled after my very first appointment. He does a great job of distracting the patient during the ickiest part of the examination, and makes it as quick and painless as possible. I like that there’s always someone else in the room during that time, too, which maybe they legally have to do? Either way, it definitely sets the mind at ease.
I feel like they do a nice job of taking history, making sure you’re maintaining your lady-​business health, and oh yeah, ZERO fat shaming. In fact, I was gonna give a 4-​star rating until I remembered that aspect of treatment. Given my history with every other doctor ever, they deserve another star just for that. I think the only reason I was gonna give them 4 to start with was because of those terrible puce-​colored paper vests, but then again, it’s a temporary humiliation that this office helps expedite.

I’ve been coming here since I was 15 and love everyone here. They have worked with the many issues that I’ve had and always are willing to help me find answers to anything I need. Connie is a huge help and I never feel worried to come to her or them with anything. I have been happy to refer them to anyone who asks. I’ll go here as long as I can and be happy to go see them. Always a great experience.

Went there as a new patient. I had two visits both with mistakes. the first time they forgot to run a test and instead of telling me that they forgot to run the test, they instead told me everything was fine or they would have called. When I asked for copies of the test, that’s when they told me that the test wasn’t done.
Second incident. I got a copy of someone else’s test results!!!
Yes mistakes happen and I understand but with 2 incidents in 2 visits (and no other experience with this office since I was a new patient), we decided to switch offices.
