Customer service here is beyond rude. It seems as if the customer is a burden to them. Store is not taken care of and many items seem to be damaged. I will not return.

So… if TJ Maxx and Big Lots ever had a baby, this would be it. I can’t believe I’d never been here before last week! They have practically everything here — it’s amazing! The prices are a bit higher than I’d expected, but for some stuff it’s worth it. They have a lot of that random homewares stuff that you’re always looking for and can never find — the perfect paper towel holder, the oddly-specific storage solution, etc. I’ll definitely be back when I’m looking for something specific I need, or just want to see what I can find!

We loved Garden Ridge but I feel that since the name changed the prices are more expensive. The main reason I am giving this 2 stars is because of the bathroom and customer service. As for the bathroom, I think a port a potty would have been cleaner! The bathroom stunk, there were no paper towels, the toilets were flooding the floors, and the handle was missing on the soap to where you couldn’t even use it. There were patches on the wall that were not covered with paint, paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor, and the dryers didn’t work either. The cashier that checked us out was not friendly either and nobody seemed to care about the status of the restrooms. We will not be back.

This was my first time to Garden Ridge(now called«At Home»). I looooove this place. They literally have everything you need for your house, apartment, condo, townhouse, loft, studio, office, hut, pretty much any anf everywhere you call home! It’s pretty organized which is nice so if you are coming for something specific, you can go straight to that section. They have items from furniture(kitchen tables/chairs, couches, chairs, beds, etc,) color coded pillows, and lamps with different shades that you can choose, paintings, and tons more décor. Overall this place is awesomeness!

I had a few minutes to kill while waiting for a friend so I decided to stop in and walk around. WOW! It is definitely a lot to take in. I had been looking for a piece of art to hang in my living room and was able to find something that matched perfectly, and the best part was that it was only $ 20! I will definitely be back!

I really like this store. I didn’t know what to expect when I first went in here and then I told my husband that we needed to go and so we did. It is like warehouse store I guess you could say. They have lots of odds and ends stuff. I liked the store overall. They staff was helpful is telling me about the store. I would go back. I can’t wait to go back at Christmas time and see what they have. I am a sucker for Christmas decorations.

I had never heard of Garden Ridge before being taken in but it is a five star journey the likes of which you may never return from. What is it, you ask? Here, take this this treasure map and at the end, ye’shall find a paradise of junk. A Valhalla of tackiness. An Avalon of terrible decorations and useless items. The Elysian Fields of crap you don’t need, all under one roof. It truly is heaven … if you’re into it. Now, I was taken here by a long-time traveler of the Garden of Ridge who assured me that my time would not be wasted in the hallowed halls of this suburban mecca of cheesiness. She asked me if I could find one item that I was questing for, what would it be. I picked a stone garden fountain with gnomes on it. Oh how I wished for a stone garden fountain with gnomes on it. We entered and were greeted by … nobody. In fact, besides the bored cashiers standing in front, it’s hard to tell if anyone works here. Not so wonderful when searching for one items in the warehouse-sized building, but fantastic when searching for nothing. So what did we find on our trek? — Decorative suits of armor for sale. — Rows and rows of scrubs for those in the medical profession. — Rugs piles hired than I stand, of all shapes, colors and fabrics — A giant«Seen On TV» shelf that extended from almost one end of the room to the other, that had all the items previously spotted on your television. — Giant leopard print chairs in the shape of high-heeled shoes. — Rows and rows of gnomes, of all kinds, for all different people. — Stone fountains. But alas, the stone fountain section was lacking and there were, in the end, none with gnomes on it. It made me quite sad. But what made me quite the opposite was just walking through this treasure trove of terribleness this store prides itself on. If you make your way north to the suburbs of Cincinnati, make sure to take a break from your travels at this spot. You may never leave for your final destination, being so overwhelmed with joy and wide-eyed horror that the Garden Ridge brings.

What a strange store. My sister and I ran into Garden Ridge yesterday after hearing that the store has an extensive collection of cheap art… she is in search of a few paintings for her bare apartment walls. At first glance, Garden Ridge appears to be a massive gardening store, the entire front half is littered(and i mean littered, the store is disorganized) with planting pots, seeds, and greenery. Towards the back, however, customers will stumble upon aisles and aisles of home décor, all at reasonable prices. We found a few pictures that my sister liked but none were in the correct color schemes so we ended up going home empty handed. Other than home décor and gardening supplies, Garden Ridge also has an impressive array of party décor and supplies, t-shirts, bedding sets, and mattresses. Pretty random.
