Saturday night was the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. We found a table right away and 15 minutes order our first drink. 30 minutes later we received 4 of the 5 drinks with three of them wrong. Finally we ordered some food and an appetizer. We order the pizza pull apart app and it was super cold and HARD. You could drop the pretzel and hear it over all the noise. Food finally came out and once again it was cold and three meals were made wrong. We were there for four hours and that not including playing games. This was the main reason why we came, three of the people had never been so that was not a good first impression. We tried to complain to the floor manager, but the security manager said he was too busy dealing with other complaints.(The positive from this was that you should promote your security manager to general manager). Safe to say I will NEVER go to any Dave and Busters again.

The atmosphere is great. However, the service is abysmal! We had a large party and called ahead, but were told that we could only be put on a waiting list. The wait was 3 hours! When the first people of my party arrived, they were told that they could«grab an empty table for themselves if one opened up», which seems to cut the wait line, but is not a wise management decision. We had to bus the tables ourselves because no one came to clear them for our party. We then waited almost 20 minutes for our server. Let me take a moment to tell you about Portia, our server for the evening. She started her time with us complaining about being short-staffed and telling us how many tables she was handling. Then she failed to get drink orders from half of the table. This trend continued throughout the night. She was constantly forgetting to bring things like dips, refills, and even orders. She seemed annoyed by our needs and distracted. Several drink orders were botched, and we had multiple food runners bringing food but not knowing to whom they belonged. Finally, at the end of the evening, we had MAJOR troubles with paying. We waited for over 15 minutes for our checks, had to ask for them repeatedly, and then one member of my party’s card was charged for the entire group. $ 375! Needless to say, the manager was then involved. Some checks were comped, but Portia disappeared, never to be seen again. The manager mentioned that she«was embarrassed by the situation». During our time there, 4 of the 5 other tables in the area also made complaints to the management about Portia. In addition, due to the extremely poor service, we didn’t have time to play any games. We spent almost 3 hours either ordering, waiting for orders, or eating room-temperature food.

The games are fun and the food is ok. When we got our bill we feeled as though we had been raped. They don’t have the prices on the drink menu for good reason my drink was a small fruity drink and was 8 $ and my wife’s was $ 9 seemed pretty rediculous.

I enjoy the food and atmosphere at Dave & Buster’s. It is a great way to spend an evening every once in a while. The eat & play combo is by far the best deal on the menu, so I’d suggest getting that. Pro tips: –Go on Wednesday when all the games are half off. It’s a much better value. –They won’t accept coupons(like buy $ 10 game play, get $ 10 game play) on Wednesdays though, so it’s not ideal. You can go another day to use the coupon and then bring your power card back on a Wednesday.

Was there New Years Eve, only one other couple at the bar and the bartender completely forgot to make our drinks! Me move to the game room to have food and drinks, better service even though they were busy in there.

Game part was fine. $ 2 activation on game card is a little ridiculous. It was the service in restaurant that was awful. We sat for 15 minutes at 3 pm(so not remotely busy) before we saw a server. Busser at a table next to us ended up being our server-Seth, but never said a word. All he had to do was say, just a sec. Somehow my son’s shake was served well before our drinks, without whipped cream. Drinks came out, one was only half full. Sent him to fill it. Server took his sweet time for everything. Appetizer came out fine, only because the expediter served it. Bill came, $ 34+ change. Had a gift card for $ 17. Used credit card for balance. Slip came back for $ 72+ change. When we said something, he looked at us like we were lying. He finally corrected it. Can’t imagine eating lunch or dinner with Seth as our server. Slower than dirt. His slowness, ruined our experience.

I love coming here it is a fun way to hang out with friends. Also if you are an MMA fan they show all of the UFC& Bellator fights for free! The food is nothing spectacular for the most part but I have yet to have anything bad. A few things like the sliders, wings & nachos stand out as great choices. But the real reason to come here is the games, they have every thing you could want to play from shooting games to racing simulators to skiball. My personal favorites are Pop-A-Shot basketball & the giant claw machine. They also have this fun game where you harpoon fish(I know it sounds violent but it is not). If you are looking for a fun place for adults & or kids this is a great option.

This place is going straight down hill. We ate dinner here and our drinks came at the same time as our food. My burger was over cooked and the waitress had«Single Mom Life» instead of her name on her name tag. Talk about desperation. Oh and all of this occurred on a super slow Monday night. The games seem to never improve there. Half of the games on the«ticket» side are touch/iPhone games. The other half are either super old or just bad.

Kind of not digging this place. The Bearcats are on, the place is in Cincinnati, game not on. Fail.

Two stars is being generous. Appetizers were good, but then again they’re appetizers. How hard is that for a chain? Our server, Sam, didn’t bring our drinks out until our food, had to ask her for the same things multiple times, and she snuck an extra(more expensive) margarita on to our bill. The margarita was also extremely salty, stay away from the patron margarita.

I love the new remodeled Dave & Busters. It makes for a fun evening out with friends or just that special someone. Have a great dinner or just drinks or both. The bar area offers plenty of tvs for sports events. Also there is plenty of pool tables to the right of the bar. Behind the bar is the restaurant with many booths and tables for a nice dinner. Behind that or in the next room, is the awesome game room. Be sure to buy plenty of points for the game card so you couldn’t get in some awesome playing time and maybe win some awesome prizes! I think overall this place is a bit over expensive but it’s definitely a good time! Also a great place for groups they have a few party rooms and my organization actually rented out the entire place! So that was really cool.

I Always have a fun time when i come here i usually spend my birthdays here, actually i spent my 21st birthday here in 2013 and it was crazy because i was sure that i just could handle so much liquor because i had so much drinks and didn’t get sick or hungover the next day or anything, considering ive never drank before hahaha. Well, 2 years later i went here ate, food was okay service was okay but then i got some drinks, and my drinks were so weak it was sad. no wonder i spend my 21st birthday and drank like 10 drinks and didn’t get sick. THEYPUTNOLIQUORINTHEIRDRINKS. So its my 23rd birthday, and my friend asked the bar tender if she could make me a strong long island and she gives us a dirty ass look and says«Yeah no» what a happy birthday to me huh? rude service by the ladies that work there, the men are okay though… i wont return, ill be going to scene75 where everyone is nice. You guys lost a loyal customer because of one women. i spent my 15,16,17,18,20,21,and 23 birthday here… smh

Poor service took 2 hrs for supper, server was a mess who seemed frazzled. Forgot our player cards, bar served a drink knowing they didn’t have all the components. It was our first and last time there. What a disappointment.

I went here for a birthday party and the service was slow but the food was yummy. Who doesn’t like games. I thought there were a nice variety of games and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great for adults, children and families. Our group was large and diverse and they were able to meet our needs. Could be a great spot for corporate events as well.

Although I didn’t check in tonight(was on a date so phone stayed in the pocket) I was there and had a really good time. We ate here and then played the games. It turns out to be a really decent deal when you order off the eat and play menu. Both our meals where $ 25 but we also each got a $ 20 card so it was almost like our meal was«only» $ 5… They have great food and the video game selection is wonderful. Several of the games remind me of my childhood which was a plus! Great family fun place for the kids and the grown ups alike. I come here often and suggest it to anyone.

I always used to think of Dave & Buster’s as an «adult arcade,» and that’s essentially how they advertise, right? All of their ads are a bunch of good looking people in their 20’s drinking fancy cocktails and playing shooting games and having a great time… But that is not what I experienced last Wednesday. For all you adults out there without kids… Please avoid D&B on Wednesday. Wednesday, apparently, is half-price game night and it is SWARMING with children. Maybe it’s my fault for coming here in the middle of summer, but what can you do… Getting a game card was a hassle, I had to wait to play, and by the end I had a headache. Even with half-price gaming, it was not worth it. I was here for a corporate event, and they ordered the taco bar for our group of about 40 people. The food was better than expected, but nothing overwhelming. They’ve renovated this location, so it looks nice and new on the inside. The area near the pool tables was nice, and there were a lot of pool tables available. However, it doesn’t look like they renovated the bathrooms or the gaming area. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting… Like, I have seen cleaner bathrooms in sports arenas. It was awful. Overall, with 16-Bit open now in OTR, there are definitely better options for adult arcades near downtown. I don’t think I will be coming back to D&B anytime soon.

I wasn’t impressed. Been to different locations in other states and this one was my least favorite. The service was but the best. The waiter seemed disoriented and was trying to do and say jokes that weren’t even funny. We asked about the best food On the menu and he couldn’t tell us. We asked about happy hour and he said there was no happy but indeed there was. The drinks we ordered was delicious which helped because the service was bad. The watermelon margarita is my favorite very refreshing. I ordered the buffalo chicken, it was not what I was expecting. Not my favorite. The blue cheese was overpowering, the tots that came with it were cold. Other than that we had a good time playing shuffle board. I do believe it was the service that made the experience not pleasant

Food was good, game play was okay. My husband and I took our 9 yr old for some much needed time without his infant brother. After we ate($ 55) which I thought was kind of high for 2 appetizers, a salad and kids pasta with butter. We played(thankfully I had a coupon for a free $ 20 in game play, when you buy $ 20), so I bought $ 40 and then got an additional $ 20 free. Which is pretty good since a few of the games ate our«tokens». After 30 min, the $ 60 of play was over and I added another $ 30. Overall, my son had fun which was great however, spending $ 125 seems like a ripoff and that was even with a coupon!

Dave and Busters for a long time has been a favorite of mine. The atmosphere really makes the place… And POOF! The atmosphere is gone. After the remodel, the place has become extrodinarilly ugly, and it’s just depressing coming back here knowing it’s lost it’s flare. Yeah, they still have games, the food’s… Well, OK, but that new logo for starters is just stupid. The old logo is ICONIC. They as they could say: «busted» it. They put in ugly new seats clashing with the old, more attractive ones, but most of all, they got rid of those ceiling fans. Those were really neat, and a little thing that really made the place. Now it’s gone… Good job Dave and Busters, you’ve changed… And like many other places who change drastically –people hate it.

Dave n Buster’s in Springdale is massive. They have ample space for all to enjoy drinks, food, and games. We just had a small work party here on a Wednesday afternoon and all games are half price! I was skeptical of the food at first but every last person in our party loved everything they ordered. It was extremely clean and everyone was very nice and willing to help. We had troubles on a couple of the games not registering and they were right on top of it. Will definitely go back again. Thanks!
