I have never had a bad experience at Bath & Body Works. All of the employees are very kind and helpful. I wanted to exchange some items that I received as gifts and one of the girls working the floor explained how it would be done at the register. Both the girl on the sales floor and the girl on the register were very patient and super nice. Excellent customer service here!

I’m a HUGE fan of Bath & Body Works! The Kenwood location is huge compared to the ones on my side of town. The candles are just as good as Yankee Candle just less expensive. The smell lasts forever! Besides the candles, I love the Wallflowers, car scents, decorative candle holders and even some of the body items. Not to mention the great coupons they give you! I never regret coming to this store.

I’m not a huge fan of their lotions, but LOVE the antibacterial soaps and sanitizers! When they have the annual sale of 4 for $ 10.00, make sure to jump on that! It’s a great deal!

Located in Kenwood Town Center, upstairs, this is by far one of the larger BBW’s.
They have 2 stores really, one is the normal lotions, bath gels, fragrances you know, but the other side has more home essentials. A whole wall dedicated to their wallflower potpourri, and candles, gift bags, candle holders, etc. A whole bunch of cute odds and ends and good smelling stuff.
The staff is helpful as well. You may have to seek them out to ask them a question, but they gladly help you, or point you in the right direction.
